Pennington Contractors Grass Seed Mix Central 7 lb

Wow! Not sure about the longevity of this grass but this is what it looks like after 30 hours (this is midnight April 2nd and seeded at around 8pm March 30, and no this is no April fools)

Good seeds to use

Here in Arizona, tall fescue and ryes can't survive the heat and drought of the summer, no matter how much they're watered. Bermudagrasses (we used to call it crab grass back in NY) is the only thing that grows in the summer. This was a winter mix, I needed a summer one. Nothing in the description stated this. Only the fairly grainy images showed this when I checked after I got it.

I followed package instructions and none of the seeds germinated.

This grass grew very fast even in 40 degree weather. It got more sun at the farther part of the yard. I just watered it twice a day as per the instructions and it is looking great after 2 months. My yard is 15ft by 20ft. I'll have to reseed a few spots. this will be my go to seed for all patching/reseeded needs.
