Easy to Take - Tastes Fine
I've used Lactobacillus Bulgaricus Probiotic in the past in capsule form. But, I have a terrible time with capsules (and other pills) getting stuck in my esophagus and causing discomfort, especially if I take them before bed, so I've tried to move to powders to relieve that. Lactobacillus Bulgaricus Probiotic is the type of probiotic that is in yogurt. The taste is pretty neutral and is fine in water, as recommended. It says to take it away from food by one-two hours, which can be difficult, but before bed seems to be a good time for me to take it.

Good gut supplement
This is an important supplement to support your gut health. I mixed 1 scoop into a glass of tea and the mix had no taste or smell. I'll continue to put it in my tea.
