Soft, beautiful, sock weight yarn
Pictured next to Michael's brand perfect pair sock yarn, and Authentic Knitting Board sock looms, Mangocore's bamboo yarn appears to be weight 1 sock yarn. It is soft, pretty, and holds up to a wash. It splits very easily and requires some care and caution, even as a finished piece, but this is no problem for me, as working with it brings none of the usual rubbing or hand fatigue, and is very forgiving to moisturized hands and will not rub you dry.The skeins are a bit small, as one Perfect Pair skein seems equivalent to to 2 or more likely 3 of these. The label is not printed in a latin alphabet. This makes it difficult to translate and understand. The feeling is close to bamboo rayon(think truboo yarn), and the label indicates it is 70% of something and 30% of another. Also, this yarn doesn't ship very well. The plastic has a tendency to not stick together, causing the balls of yarn to fall out, it also tears easy, so when ordering through Amazon, hope it gets packaged in a box with nonthreatening items. Finally, the threads split easily, adding to it's delicate qualities. Again, not a problem for me, but may be irksome to some. All in all, I love this yarn and hope they don't run out of stock. I hate limited edition things as they are wasteful and a bit selfish (which is why I avoid Hobbi), and it was a pleasure to work with this yarn. It looks and feels like a unicorn mane or somekind of princess spit and I almost feel guilty making socks with it. I will be ordering more!

Love this yarn
Love this yarn. It's soft and easy to use. Very fine, so I use two or three strands to make most things. The price is right, too.I'm using it now to make reusable makeup remover pads. You can bleach them if they're stained and you can save a few trees. Just pop them into a mesh laundry bag and wash in the regular laundry.

Soft and pretty.
I love the yarn. It is so soft and pretty. Only reason it isn't a 5 star is the yarn does untwist easy. So it is easy to split a stitch if your not careful. For those not use to buying yarn be warned these are small skeens, like when buying sock yarn.(I made the main body and outer wings with this yarn. Less then half sheen needed.

Yarn is less than fingering yarn weight and separates.
Horrible to try to work with. Threads separate and too thin even for socks. Knit or crochet makes no difference. Hand wash only not a benefit. Not enough information on listing such as gauge and suggested needle size. I would not have purchased if I had known.

Beautiful cotton yarn!
This yarn is fine and you get a lot of it! I wanted to make a cotton scarf for year round use. The value and quality are fantastic and I will be able to make 3 or 4 scarfs with this yarn! I love it!

Soft, not strong
This yarn is nice, but its not what i expexted. It is soft but isn't strong. It requires a small hook needle. I will use it with a different project than what i intended.
