Brooks Men's Levitate 2 Running Shoes

Having regularly used Levitate for the past twelve months for long route running , I ordered a pair as soon as the price dropped on here. And without breaking them in , wore them to Great North Run. What marvellous trainers , soft , smooth , light to run in, and most comfortable.I have got some decent pairs including nike vaporfly 4%. But id pick levitate 2 anyway over the former.

-Have about 150 miles in these now-At first they did seem noticeably heavier than most modern runners, but this is compensated for by the springy sole-wouldn't recommend for anything above tempo/threshold pace-would recommend going a size down if you're on the smaller-end of your size-great cushioning: really does give your joints and tendons a rest on easy days-overall: ideal easy day shoe that I think will easily surpass 400 miles

I have bought Brooks before and was advised to stick to a brand/style I was comfortable with. The Levitate 2 feel lighter and have a softer comfort feel, especially round my ankles. I have used them on a couple of light training runs and they are just the job. Very happy with Brooks who seem to understand what makes a running shoe that lasts.

Good running shoe with no discomfort. Only suitable for dry weather training due to the permeable later around the toe. Burnt orange colour looks great

For Brookes, an amazing price. Excellent quality and comfort as expected. Use the brookes trainer finder as they take account of running style, terrain and physiology. Then buy previous seasons for discounts.

Good fit.Smart looking.Light and nice spring in the 'push off'.If anything like my previous Brooks I expect these to last a long time of moderate use. Always a fan of the brand.

One week in and I’m still wearing them. Not my usual brand but thought I’d try something different and I like them. Not sure I’d buy again but still like them.Update: after over 500 miles I really started to love these shoes. But decided to try something else when it was time for a new pair, after a few hundred miles in my new pair I went back to these for one run and realised how much they suit my style of running. Just ordered another pair - after 20 years of running I can now say these are definitely my favourite.

What can I say a year in and no signs off wear or tear and so comfortable I use to be a sketch man til I found this puppy s ahh there amazing

I’ve always swore by Brooks Levitate. I have wore them for at least 5 years. Put 250-300 miles on them a year. Not after this pair. The soles ripped off after 5 runs and I am not the flash. So disappointed in the brand.

After 4 months this is the result of the shoes. Very bad quality. Don’t buy it.

These shoes are comfortable around the ankle and on the feet. They look great also. Overall a very smooth shoe.
