this is a great quality magensium supplement - you take 2 capsules a day so you have a one months supply in the bottle which I find is quite steep for the fact that you can get other high quality brands for less. So it's not the best value for money but if you like the brand if you can afford it this is a top product. It comes sealed well, in a dark glass bottle. The tablets are easy to swallow and not too big, and they have no specific smell which is always a bonus
