Excellent Exercises!!
I love that this book uses just an average chair for exercise routines and no fancy equipment is needed. The exercises are aimed at those aged 60+; however, I have chronic health conditions and I need gentle movement, so they are perfect for me even though I'm not quite 60. The book touches on healthy nutrition but mainly addresses fitness. The exercises are easy to understand and follow with excellent pictures illustrating each movement. There are 28 days worth of exercises so what are you waiting for--get started today!

Perfect For Anyone With Low Mobility
I have purchased several different chair/modified, low impact exercise/yoga books in the past and this one has become my favorite. I love that it sticks with the title of chair exercises and nothing else. It is easy to follow and simple to set up a quick manageable exercise routine for yourself. This is perfect for beginners as well as people who have low mobility. I love the different poses for strength, posture, and fitness just like the title says. You can do some of these exercises while watching your favorite show or while at the office. It is perfect for getting some movement into your daily routine and opens the door for more complex things.

Spiral Binging Design Makes Easy to Use
Overall, i find the instructions and illustrations easy to use and the spiral binding convenient for reference while following exercises. I do not like the overall organization of the book. I think the repetition of the same exercises annoying and give an appearance the author was trying to add pages. I would prefer to see the exercises organized by purpose with short explanations of intent. The “Weight Loss” reference in the title seems silly and probably loses more sales than gains because it makes no sense related to the true purpose of these type exercises. Get real!

Great Guide for Modified Exercises & Yoga
I absolutely loved this book. I have purchased books on modified/chair exercises before, due to my physical limitations but desire to stay active. This book has been my favorite so far, and it is due to the Day by Day exercise regimen this book offers. The formatting of this book makes it easy to read and follow, and the exercises are so perfectly described that I didn’t have trouble understanding how to do any of them. I highly recommend this book if you are a senior, or just need a less exerting type of exercise. Try this book first!

Great exercises for seniors
I love that books like these exist because it is so hard to find adaptable workouts for those with limited mobility. This book gives a month-long exercise routine, in addition to information on healthy eating and portion control, full of chair exercises with increasing intensity. If you are someone with limited mobility (you don't have to be a senior citizen to have these types of issues!) and looking for the right place to start getting back in shape, then you must read this book!

Easy to follow instructions. I am still doing the exercises not sure if I will lose weight but I will be more limber.

Quick and Easy Excercise Routine
This book helps you to establish a quick and easy exercise routine. I love chair exercises because they can be done at work, they can help accommodate for physical limitations and many people can do these. The book is so well written. The exercises for the 28 data are grouped together by the day and are accompanied by helpful illustrations. Even a beginner will be able to follow along and put this into practice.

I liked this book. More involved and added the opportunity to include weights to the difficulty level for you. Improves flexibility.

Excellent programme
I love these workouts, simple and easy to follow. Having read the reviews before purchase I was concerned about accessing the demonstration videos, however the link worked perfectly for me (android tablet, Chrome browser)

Videos don’t work
I picked this book because it also has the exercises on video. Unfortunately the link to the videos doesn’t work. Without that it’s not worth the money.

The link for the training videos says the site doesn't exist, so the book is not a lot of use and certainly should not be being sold like this
