This is a review from a woman whose life was changed by these vitamins. I had a botched myomectomy 4 years ago to remove fibroids, a life threatening ectopic pregnancy a year later, and bleeding year round after that. The last OBGY I spoke to told me, all my fibroid grew back and bigger and said the only option was more surgery to remove them again. The recover from the first Myomectomy was horrendous and I had resigned myself to living being a modern "woman with an issue of blood". As you can image my anemia was dangerous and I was looking for a women multivitamin that could help my overall health and hopefully help balance my hormones somewhat. I had these vitamins and 2 other brands to experiment with because I had nothing loose. I chose these first because of a review from a pre-menopausal woman who said these vitamins brought her periods back to normal. I gave it a try. These vitamins have given me my life back. My periods are back to a normal i didnt think i would experience in my lifetime again. The extra benefits of balanced mood, calm mind, and extra energy are a bonus. My fibroid are shrinking. I am no longer having labor type monthly cramps and peeing blood for 5 days straight. I as grateful to the creators of this product as I am grateful to the creator of epidural. This might be to soon to say it but I swear I can tell a difference in just 2 days. I work in Vet Med and if you know you know....they arrived on a Sunday and I started taking them right away and by Tuesday I noticed an immediate difference in my energy level and just overall how I felt. Pills are very easy to take love the vitamin content as a woman over 40. I feel good just having been on them for 3 full days now. Quality of the packaging was very well done too. It very well could be all in my head but I'll take it for now. I bought 2 boxes since there was a deal and will report back in 30days tho and I'm praying I still have the same opinion.

Update: I've been taking these for 2 months. ASHWAGANDA IS TRIGGERING FOR AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES! Once I found that out, I ditched the mushroom complex and I've been feeling WONDERFUL!! I love these vitamins and will take a blood test soon to see if it has improved my LDL levels. Original: I really like this vitamin complex. Since beginning these, my energy is more stable, my period is a lot closer to a normal one (hormones and endometriosis), my heart palpitations have gone away, and my gut health is improving (in conjunction with a high quality probiotic. I have IBD). I have only been using them for a month and I'm excited to see if more benefits appear. Right now, I'm very pleased and will be subscribing.

No issues here.. ease to swallow w/ lots of water. Only issue is, been experiencing bathroom issues of not going although I do drink a lot of water! But affordable & doable, per morning. Preferably with food!

ngl I wanted to love this so bad for the convenience of it all but unfortunately… not sure which pill & why but after I take these I get soo bloated, im burping a nasty sulfur taste hours after.. ontop of that, the smell ?!? its soo bad you smell it immediately after opening a package. Its also take a pre&probiotic with cranberry pill, prenatals and a back & spine pain meds . I started dividing my meds after the disgusting sulfurt burps came up thinking maybe it mixes bad with my other medications but that didnt help either.. I take it in the mornings after breakfast. I dont take it at night because I noticed I struggled with falling asleep . I feel so nauseous throughout my day afterwards too and sometimes I burp vomit…. so yeah to each their own im sure these work great for some but unfortunately for me it did not, to the point where im not finishing the rest of the box…

I’ve been taking them for over 2 months and they are good for a more “natural “ approach. The first 2 weeks were very interesting. Due to the mushrooms I noticed a lot more calmness in my body but for an odd reason I felt numb. It’s very convenient for traveling but amount of pills and smell were not my favorite. I definitely eat something before taking it. My energy did not improve but my mood did. I was way more calm and bubbly due to the mushrooms. Side note: I have PCOS and thought it was good option but it’s not for me. I have half a box left and will be using it for just traveling

Love how energized i feel and i sleep so good. it love the fact that i can swallow all 5 pills at once! ill continue to buy these vitamins thats for sure
