I have tried different mouth tapes from different brands but I will stick with this brand, as when I've applied it on my mouth I don't feel like I'm suffocating and so easy to make part of your routine. I have noticed my anxiety had reduced, the only slight issue I have is the when it comes to take it off it hurts a little that's mostly because of my beard. It's not the kind of pain from when you get a wax done, otherwise my sinuses, and breathing is a lot more clearer and plus point I feel going for my runs its helped with my breath control which is a plus point. The tape seems to be too sticky, and removal was quite painful. I used it for two days, and now I have very uncomfortable irritation all over my mouth. I wouldn't say this is suitable for sensitive skin. I won't be buying it again.

I absolutely loved alpha sleep and use them every night. It makes me feel more relaxed and I find it easier to fall asleep. It has also resulted in me having a deeper sleep. Alpha sleep makes me feel more refreshed and awake the next day. I also bought this product to help me not mouth breathe anymore and it has 100% worked. This is probably the 3rd or 4th different mouth tape product and it is definitely the best when it comes to staying stuck on even with facial hair, thst said I haven’t noticed a change in sleep quality thst I was hoping, hence just the 3 stars

They have very strong glue, I would say even that is a bit too strong for my liking. I usually cut them with my scissors to make them smaller as the patches are quite big
