Wow. I'm actually really impressed.A friend of mine brought these and convinced a few of us to try them -- I really wasn't expecting much (I normally don't buy instant anything or eat a ton of noodles in general) but:1. They were surprisingly really chewy / al dente in texture (I thought they'd be a lot more slimy and stuck together)2. Super easy to prepare3. Just plain tasty!I'm usually pretty hesitant to purchase or consume anything prepackaged like this, but it was way too easy to prepare in the microwave or boil with hot water, put into a bowl, and mix up with your own seasoning or sauce. It didn't taste unhealthy or artificial in any way either, just seemed like the equivalent of if you had boiled your own rice noodles at home.I'd buy mainly for ease of preparation and actual texture. Health benefits are an added bonus, but interestingly enough, I really like the chewiness of these noodles better than the other kinds I've tried.... the only problem now is I want some more!I tried them with grilled salmon and asparagus to try to make it 'more healthy.' Apparently, these are already healthy as it is. Only a few calories, but it is a reason that I got hungary easily with newdles only, so I highly recommend people add protein, such as fish and chicken breast to keep diet. Moreover, they are good if you're trying to avoid processed flour or anything with gluten.

I loved these newdles as a low carb option since I first tried the chicken flavor after going keto. They are super flavorful and really easy to make. After trying the seafood flavor, Id say the chicken flavor is still my fav, but I’d buy this flavor again for sure. There was a minor issue with my order that customer service reached out to ME about, and I have had the best experience in communicating with them. Absolute top notch, would buy again just due to the superb customer service. Fantastic product for us keto peeps. Keep up the good work, and I’d love to see more flavors in the future

If you know Konjac, you'll already know that they have their natural smell. The smell goes away completely if you boil it in water. I'm starting to really like this brand. It's quick and delicious. A lot better than expected. I've tried all the flavors, and loved seafood & pickled cabbage most. They were also very quick and considerate about exchanging bad products. Explained why some products arrived in bad conditions and quick with replies. Very impressed with their service. Loving it all in all. :)

I really enjoy these for a low carb lifestlye. I mix them with their flavor packets or homemade sauce and toss them in a frying pan with a little avocado oil, garlic powder and red pepper flakes. It's a great sub.Over the winter some of the products had been damaged by the freeze and our first batch wasn't great because of this. Customer service reached out to us and sent us new ones at no cost to make sure we had the best product to try, and the second batch was great. I will be ordering more of these!

Alright this might be tmi for some so just a warning hereSo I’m a t1d and low carb meals are recommended, so I found this and I love noodles so I decided to give it a shot since I’m not a picky eater & willing to try new foods.So the smell when it’s all done isn’t bad, I got seafood & it does smell like it, but it didn’t have a taste reallyThen I try the noodles & y’all they legit feel like rubber and also have no taste🤦🏼‍♀️ I eat it all cause I spent too much on it and wasn’t trynna waste my money. The next day happens & well let’s just say the noodles didn’t fully digest in my system & when I went to the bathroom, they looked exactly how they were made😭 so please whoever is on keto diet... please do not buy. Overpriced for some rubber lmaoooo

HORRIBLE flavor and texture. No matter how much rinsing, pan frying, drying etc. Absolutely repulsive flavor, worse than Miracle Noodles, which I did not think was possible. Will NEVER buy again

See photo. I first tried these when I got them in a Keto Box monthly order. I liked them much better than other brands so I ordered two packs of 6. Of the 12, 6 were discolored, thin and like hard rubber. (Photo on the left is the bad ones). They should look like the photo on the right. UPDATE: I did not think I would purchase again, but customer service was good, they replaced the bad bags which they said were damaged by weather. I will give them another shot because they are better than others I have tried!

We eat low carb in our household to control weight and diabetes. These low carb noodles are hands down the best noodle replacement we have ever tried. They are easy to prepare and have a fantastic texture. We have used them in ramen, stir Fry, soups, Alfredo dishes and red sauce pasta dishes and they are all fantastic.
