Best Quality Ukrainian Acacia Raw Honey, With No Crystals, and Secure, Prompt Shipping!
This four-jar order of acacia honey is superb in every way! The economical price is a better option than any other Ukrainian Acacia honey that I have found, and I buy large quantities. It was shipped more securely than any other honey I have EVER ordered from other companies. I never even imagined that such care would be given to assure the jars’ arrive in flawless condition! Each 32 oz. jar arrived with a very tight lid, then enclosed in its own zip-type bag. Then the jars were very securely wrapped in many generous layers of bubble wrap, and placed snuggly in a cardboard box. This box, arrived packed inside a larger corrugated box, padded with crumpled sheets of craft paper to stop the inner box from shifting during shipment! Amazing, in my experience! For my taste, I have received far too many broken, spilled honey jars stickily wrecking everything else in a delivery box! As for quality, the Acacia taste, color, aroma, texture, state of crystallization, and consistency are truly superb. It is just the right thickness for tea or coffee, baking, cooking, or just plain goodness on biscuits or toast! This is a good fresh raw Acacia honey, golden and clear, with a smooth texture. The pouring speed is just right, easy to handle. In summary, Ukrainian Acacia honey is my favorite, especially for its fine characteristics and qualities that derive from among other things, the types of soils, the flora, and variations in area weathers.. This Honigsma Acacia Honey is an excellent all-purpose honey, of light, clear, versatile, golden flavor, looks, texture and aroma. If you enjoy versatile, delicious, golden, crystal-free, raw honey, more affordable than others of its class, then this is a great choice, in my experience. Even though there is nothing wrong with finding crystals in raw honey, my order of this Honigsma Acacia Raw Honey had none to be seen. For the foreseeable future, based on my experience with this honey’s flavor and other fine qualities, on the very economical price for this type of honey, and on this company’s service, and secure, prompt delivery, I will be buying only this honey for a very long time !

Rich, Robust, Meady
Opening the plastic jar of this honey smelled like honeycomb from a beehive! It has that fresh, raw kind of smell to it that to me would say genuinely raw. No debris or bits of wax were found, to clarify. I don’t really drink beer, but the closest things that come to mind when tasting this rich, dark, robust honey is a meady or kvass(Ukrainian drink made with brown bread)-like quality to the flavor. My kiddo and I have both enjoyed this in our tea. The flavor doesn’t lend to every application, as it’s very distinct and pretty strong, as far as honey goes. We like to use a squeeze bottle to get our tea into our cup, which has been tricky because it is pretty crystallized. Being in a plastic jar, I didn’t want to put it under hot water, especially since I’ve heard too high of heat kills the good for you stuff in your honey. So we’ve been digging out what we couldn’t pour. Crystallization isn’t a deal breaker since I know it is a natural process that can happen, but it does make it harder to use the honey for things like baking as well. I’ve just gotten into fermenting my honey with lemons and ginger. I put some in a pitcher of water to jazz it up a bit with something healthy. So far I’ve been enjoying it. Just started a batch using the buckwheat honey, so I will try to update how it turns out. It seemed to start bubbling almost right away. I tried starting it out in the plastic container it came in to help dislodge the crystallized honey stuck in the bottom of the jar in the process(it seemed to help a lot!). One downside is that it couldn’t take the pressure and popped the lid! It’s in a mason jar now sealed tight. First picture has the back label, a comparison of the buckwheat honey and two bottles of the acacia honey. The acacia honey will have my review on its page, too. Second picture is of the fermenting honey.

Great honey, very nice fragrance. natural. from a picky honey daily user.
I’m picky in terms of honey. I tried every single brand of honey sold on amazon. Inhave to say, this brand surprises me, in a very good way. It actually arrived leaking, but I don’t mind. the honey tastes natural, flowerish flavor, very lightly fragrant, and Imlove it. the crystalization doesn’t bother me at all. Natural honey has this issue. Btw, i’d encourage some one who has a scale to test on the weight of this. it feels like it weighs the same to the nat’s honey that is 32 oz a bottle. This one is supposed to be 3 oz more , however they weigh the same to me while holding together, one left hand and right hand. I’ll try their other products. btw, the package is a soft plastic bottle and can be very leak prone. make sure you open it up immediately after you receive it.

Great Product
High-quality raw honey — exactly as described This is clearly authentic raw honey. The flavor is complex and floral, not overly sweet or artificial like processed honey. My jars arrived partially crystallized, which is normal for unpasteurized honey and actually a good sign. A quick warm water bath returned it to a smooth consistency. I appreciate that this honey is 100% pure with no additives, and the wildflower origin gives it a rich taste that works well in tea, baking, or just by the spoonful. The two large jars make it a great value, and the packaging was secure. If you’re looking for real, raw honey, this is an excellent choice

Great cheap real honey
Honigma Linden Honey tastes incredibly smooth and floral with a light sweetness that doesn’t feel overwhelming. The texture is silky and the aroma is very clean, almost calming. You can tell it’s a high quality honey with a natural profile that works well in tea, on toast, or even by the spoon. The only reason it’s not a perfect five is that it crystallizes a little faster than expected, but it still melts beautifully and keeps its great flavor. Overall, it’s a very good linden honey and worth purchasing again.

LOVE IT!!
I love pure honey so naturally I was very excited to try something new and I was not disappointed. My jar came carefully packaged and sealed. It tastes and smells amazing! It has a very smooth consistency. There is some crystallization but that’s to be expected considering. Price isn’t too bad either considering the size (35oz) of the jar which should keep me supplied for at least a few weeks. I will definitely be ordering again and I can’t wait to try the other types.

Yummy. Perfect honey for tea, for which I use it primarily. I've also used it to make honey butter. Great taste for a great price!

Amazing honey. Wonderful floral flavours and aromatics.
I normally buy Canadian honey, and is great, but I’m glad I decided to try some Ukrainian honey. This is probably the best tasting and best smelling wildflower honey I’ve ever had. Yes, it’s partially crystallized, but real honey lovers know that’s a good sign. It means it’s unprocessed and unpasteurized, which means it retains all of its complex, subtle, floral flavours and aromatics that would be destroyed during pasteurization and processing. Good honey crystallizes. It’s very easy to un-crystallize it too, just set the bottle in a bowl of warm water for a couple of minutes and it’ll liquify. You can even microwave it, but I wouldn’t recommend it I’m saving the 4 kg that I bought to make 3 gallons of mead, but it’s difficult to stop myself from just eating the honey by the spoonful, it’s that good. I’m going to have to put it somewhere out of sight until I’m ready to start brewing the mead or I won’t have enough left when the time comes. And I’m really excited to see what a mead that’s made from this honey will taste like. This honey is incredible…and I like the fact that by buying it, I’m helping in some small way to support a Ukrainian business at a time when they likely need and appreciate the support.

Top choice as of today..you must try.
hi there. if you looking for a good top quality honey then no look further. this is the right place. this is the product that you are looking for! top top quality honey! acacia yellow honey with great flavor. and thickness of the honey is something that is placing the source of this product on one of the top 10 locations across the Europe. If you don't know the bee does not have enough time to collect nectar from acacia.they have very short period of time.the flowers comes and goes quickly. and due to the weather conditions if spring is too rainy forget about acacia honey.that year is wasted. Honigma is the name of the company. what a great decision bringing this quality honey to Canadian market and Canadian consumers. i hope that this honey will be coming over here for many years to come and to find a way to final consumer with easy and with affordable price as unfortunately that most important nowadays. price $ isn't that great but reflect the quality of the product. honestly isn't that bad for acacia honey too if you know what I'm talking. $3-4 price difference vs.local stores with many imports and local Ontario 1kg jar honey. Give a try and trust in quality to Honigma and Marma acacia honey and you won't be disappointed. i would say at least 2X better then the one from Brasil collected by bees in the rainforests of Amazonia. again if you looking for the top quality honey you are on the right place. check for promotions and subscriptions. Packaging was great. Packed and protected to the max. 5 stars for the Honigma supply chain and logistics. great product please keep it that way and please never dilute. 5 stars to the beekeepers for this great product! absolutely seriously amazing top quality item.
