Dangerous Product
My mother started taking the product and landed herself in the hospital. She has now been there a week. This product has a ton of different things in it that should not be combined. Do your own research. I would NEVER mix wheatgrass, echinacea, ginkgo biloba, and ashwaganda. If you take prescription drugs they can interact. Update my mother is still in skilled nursing vacility unable to walk or stand after using this product. Pull this garbage off the shelf.

The benefits I felt were worth it!
I didn't get this product not expecting to find a taste a little "off-putting". While that would be nice, to have this supplement taste like a milkshake from a burger joint, with the kind of benefits the manufacturer is trying to give you, nothing can mask the taste completely. But, I think they did a decent job of trying to make something very nutritional taste palatable, with the mango taste insertion. Plus, on the directions they tell the user to mix with milk- just a scoop, which is included in the jar they send and, personally, I thought that is when it tasted the best- with milk. Mixing this with water, in my opinion, does not taste good and in fact, I don't think I could even drink it down- if mixed with water. But the user has to find the thing that they can mix with the powder and taste good- it might be a little trial and error or, if you follow the directions, like me, milk could be your favorite way to drink the mixture. In fact, I love tomato juice however I always loved it with items that can cause indigestion - things like pepper and garlic (on a bad day, even tomato juice can cause indigestion). So for awhile I took a break from drinking it (tomato juice), as the taste of tomato juice without those items wasn't very palatable. That was until this mixture came along- and with the hint of vegetables that I could taste in the powder I thought, "This might go great with tomato juice." And, it does go well so there are times when I can drink tomato juice again- with the WAKE mix inside. However I'll always like it best with milk, the colder the better. And if you can blend the powder into the milk, even better still. In life I have found that nothing really good ever comes easy (almost all the time) and this is a mixture- even with some great health benefits, while it would be great if it tasted as good as the things we love to drink, it may have to be something others have to get used to and play around with to be able to drink. I just don't want anyone to read my review and think this was the best tasting powder ever. Maybe to someone who normally drinks supplements and powders, this tastes better than others out there. But I have never had a supplement drink like this before and I will be honest and say it took a bit to get used to but I think was worth the benefits. Because what I felt after drinking it for a few days was great! I think they call the supplement WAKE not because it is supposed to literally wake you up- as there seems to be nothing in it to do this (I found nothing of things like caffeine or ginseng in the ingredients)- but because your body wakes up as it receives antioxidants and supergreen supplements that overall, makes a person healthier (thus, your body). And I felt that way after drinking this supplement- that in a way, my body had woken up to the benefits of a supplement like this and what it can do for me- my world a little better feeling, physically and mentally, because of this supplement.

Love Me Some Super Greens!
I've been taking super greens for years and highly recommend adding them to anyone's diet. They are packed full of vitamins, nutrients and minerals. Often they taste unpleasant but you get used to them. The flavor of this is surprisingly better than most i've tasted. The flavor is mango and I do get hints of it, but there is a stronger savory taste that comes through first and it tastes like herbs to me. I think this is best blended with tomato or vegetable juice if you don't like it with water or a nut milk. Inside the container you'll find a measuring spoon and you only need one. It's in a fine powder form versus capsules. The color is not as green as I would have liked and looks more dirt like but don't let that put you off.

Natural Laxative (Made In India)
If this is how organic products really taste like, then hello McDonald's! (It's not just a dietary supplement, it also builds character. I not only counted how many tiles we have in our bathroom, I even started naming them.)

Kinda of gross
Itโs grainy, has a weird smell, and tastes like medicine. I cannot find a way to mix it with other things for it to not ruin the flavor.

Savory blend of greens
With a name like Wake, I would have expected more than a trace amount of caffeine from green tea. There is no disclosure of caffeine content and it seems like there is only minimal amount, if any. With mango as the flavor on the label, I would have expected this to be sweeter and fruitier. There is some sweetness, but the savory notes are stronger. The first flavor I get is celery, which is followed by turmeric. Based on this, it may make sense to combine this with tomato juice for a healthy bloody Mary mix. The label indicates 200mg of probiotics, but doesn't detail the cfu of the strains. One serving is two scoops per the supplement facts label, but the directions state to add one serving (one scoop), so the supplement facts daily values may double the amounts per single scoop. Two scoops may add too strong of a flavor for blending into a smoothie. I don't enjoy the flavor by itself, so some masking or sweetening may be necessary. The powder does mix better than some green products that can leave you with an unpleasant salad at the bottom. Minimal grit makes it easier to drink. If taste or texture is an issue, then a serving might be taken in about 11 size 00 capsules.
