This is a great little device to keep in your pocket or purse or car to ensure you always have a charged Apple Watch. My watch will normally go 24hrs a day and then gets charged. I usually do the charge in the morning while I am having breakfast and catching up on the news. Sometime my watch didn't take a charge so when I grab it, the battery is depleted. When that happens, I usually set it back on the charger and make sure it is charging while I leave home without it. With this portable battery charger for the Apple Watch, I can take my watch and give it a charge, right out of my pocket. No more leaving the watch behind. It is all self-contained with the charging cable attached. It is supposed to be able to charge a watch two to three times depending on the battery level at the start of the charge. If your watch won't go the full day, this would be a great item to give it a charge, especially if you aren't conveniently within a power source, e.g., hiking, picnic, hunting... These would also make an excellent stocking stuffer.

It's a bit hard to find chargers that are specifically for the Apple Watch. All in one chargers that simultaneously charge the phone, watch and airpods tend to be bulky and especially when traveling, they tend to charge just one device at once, not all three and without prioritizing the watch--that's what makes this charger neat. At a size slightly larger than your typical Apple Watch Ultra, this battery packs about 4-5x the amount of power to recharge your watch (depending on size) while you travel. It's small so it's very unobstrusive and easy to stick into your accessory bag or back pack, yet it gives you the ability to charge your watch whever you are. A neat feature is the USB C cable. The charger can be charged via its USB port or USB C cable. And when not in use, you can connect the USB C cable to itself so it forms a loop. While the connection there isn't strong like a carabiner, it allows you to hang the charger on anything you happen to carry with you at the time--keychain, backpack, or other accessories. Just spiffy.

The only time I remove my Apple Watch is when I have to charge it. This portable charger is neat solution to charge the watch when are on the go, assuming you don’t forget to take it with you.

Sometimes my iWatch loses charge for apparently no reason, and I thought I'd try this and see if it will recharge my watch. I plugged it in to make sure it was fully charged and then put my watch on it. My watch started charging immediately. I left it on over night, and the next morning my watch was fully charged and the charger was flashing 3 lights instead of 4. I thought that was great--it still has a lot of charge left after charging my watch. Easy to slip into my purse or car console, and I can keep it charged in the car too. Great item, love the convenience.

If you are an avid apple watch user you will love having this little watch charger on hand it is cleverly built with a usb type c cable attached as a loop. About the size of an apple watch it fits nicely to charge it up without taking up too much space and has about enough juice to charge it up from dead to full. The magnets are decent in this though not as strong as the oem charger it gets the job done just like others make sure the watch is centere properly before stepping away. Charge time was about 2 hours for my larger apple watch from 10-100% and took 2 bars of battery on the indicator (about 50%).

This little charger charges when its plugged in or not and on the go if needed. It's small enough to fit in a pocket or go anywhere. Perfect solution for overnight trips. According to a quick search the apple watch series 8 I have has a 282 mAh capacity so the battery in this charger rated at 1400 mAh should easily last for several watch charge cycles without plugging in, I haven't tried that yet but it has done two full charges for me and still showed 50-75% capacity on its built in indicator lights. Overall this is a really great value product and I'd recommend it to anyone with an Apple Watch.

I had hoped that when I ordered this charger that the charger itself would weight enough to keep it from moving around too much and that the magnet would be strong enough to keep my Apple watch from sliding off during charging. I use the plastic/rubber wrist band that came with my watch, primarily because it dries quickly and doesn't have crevices where skin/dirt/soap gets inside and gets disgusting. The shape of the band though pushes the watch off of the surface where it's lying so that it can be hard to maintain contact if the magnet of the charger isn't strong. This is the same issue with the original charger that used to come with the watch, so most 3rd party companies made chargers that allowed charging to occur with the watch sitting on the side.This battery doesn't do anything to help keep the watch on the charger since the magnet isnt strong enough to to keep the watch on it. What the manufacturer should do is form a strap that will hold the watch onto the charger so that regardless of where the watch is set down, charging can continue. You could even put the watch and charger in a bag during charging.

This apple watch charger is nice because of its portability and compact size. It has a light display of how much battery life it has left but does not actually display the percentage of battery life left. While it does charge on the go, it's not a fast charging device.
