Only got it today and I'm already enjoying it. Colour is lovely and the casing very sturdy. I like that I can replace the book when this on is full and find the pen slot very convenient. The instructions were clear and even had pictures to help with resetting the password. Beautiful little private notebook. The lock is also quite sturdy. If you're looking for a notebook to use for a few months or years this is it.

What a beautiful diary, with a little bit of fiddling about I unlocked and re/set the diary and its ready to go, just follow the instructions provided. Only drawback is you don’t get a pen but I have plenty of those already so it’s no biggy. :)

We bought this as a birthday gift for a young lady with literary aspirations. The notebook looks very cute and appears to be of good quality. The hard cover is sturdy, sufficiently protecting the inside. And the, separate, removable notebook is made of fairly thick quality paper. Beware that each page has some day of the week and weather icons on top, that can be checked, and a space for memo no. and the date. If you like to use the notebook for other purposes than a diary this might be an issue.However I wouldn't vouch for the quality of the numerical lock. We've already had a disappointment daughter with similar notebooks that had cheap feeble locks. The lockable feature makes it very attractive for girls but sadly it's also its weakest point.Interestingly, as said the inner notebook can be removed from the cover and replaced once full, if you manage to find a soft cover note book of a similar size. This feature makes this lockable cover more durable.

Looks well made and is a good size with a sturdy looking lock. Bought as a present so cannot comment on the inside.

I do love this notebook (it is actually a reusable cover with a notebook) - it is very pretty and shiny but I COULD NOT CHANGE THE COMBINATION! It is not good if your main requisite is the lock but lovely if not

nice book, good style for a kid.However:- took a month to deliver from China- no instruction for changing the number key, I had to find out on my own
