Okay, just to start, this is the most comfortable shampoo bowl to lay in, according to all of my clientele and myself whom has never had a shampoo bowl I liked to lay in, and I’ve been licensed for 10 years. I wanted to put my own plumbing in because the plumbing it came with is a flexible type of plumbing, and I wanted a more hard plumbing that you could attach a hair catcher too. I do want to get an extension for the nozzle because it is just a few inches too short and I feel like I end up getting my clients wet because it’s just a little too short. It does look classy and it’s well worth the price! I think I spent in total an additional $75 for the additional plumbing and the hair catcher. I also love this chair because I can sanitize my tools in the sink because it’s large enough and came with a plug. Shipping was fast, once put together it is sturdy and came neatly packed so it was easy transportation. I guess installation was fairly easy because they advised to just watch the YouTube which made the installation a lot faster, so thank you for the tip! I cannot stand behind the bowl because it is too short, it absolutely will hurt your back if you’re gonna stand behind it, but if you have a stool to sit down on or are willing to build a platform for it to sit on top of to make it taller, it could be the perfect shampoo bowl for you! To add, my fiancé put it together, including the additional plumbing, there has been no real leaks from the plumbing’s fixtures or pressure issues. I also put this in my suite but this could work for a salon as well. It’s reasonably priced, easy to clean, and looks good, it’s a win for me.

Works great! My husband had to buy a different hose. This job needs to be completed by someone who understands plumbing because they will need to modify and not just use what is provided otherwise comfortable and I can shampoo without getting water on them or the floor.

Really bad quality

Too low to the ground for long term use and puts pressure on back when awkwardly bending to wash hair. Also the seats are uncomfortable, lays like a bed instead of a chair, leaves gap between back and chair. Customers complain about discomfort. But they are very pretty, just not as functional as I would like. I may build a box to put underneath entire chair and bowl in order to lift higher.

The drain system is cheap and leaks. Basic plumber knowledge is simple fix but if not, kind of annoying
