I like how the bowl is much higher than a standard height bowl. Your not sitting with your knees way up high.

I bought this for my elderly father to make it easier to get on and off the toilet. I am 5' 10 170# and I am on my toes when sitting. May consider getting a little bench in front of the toilet for others to be more comfortable. My father does say it is easier on him to use compared to the old 19" height we had before. Father is 76 yr old 280# 5'10" Mine did not come with a new water line connection either. It did come with a wax ring.

The seat is pretty sad . I tightened it as tight as I could safely and it moves from side to side when you shift yourself to do your cleanup . Another thing that you should do is apply RTV to the bowl to tank washers . I tightened them as tight as felt I could without risking breaking the porcelain and I still had a slight leak . I emptied the tank and removed the bolts and applied a dab of automotive RTV and that solved the issue . The flush is barely adequate for a normal #2 deposit and if you have a larger than normal drop plan on 2 flush’s . The flush handle is plastic and I’m not sure how long it will last but so far so good . The height is nice and it seems like the porcelain is of good quality . Overall I give it 3 stars and I was considering a 2 star . Hope this helps .

Bought 3...love the height!

The Good: The Price; The Form Factor (ie: tall); The water savings/power flush design. The Bad: Mixed quality: Cheap Seat and tank valve system. The Details: I've had this going for a few months. I am calling success. I had it installed by plumbers so I can't talk to installation challenges. However, it FEELS rock solid after the fact (and that's coming from a big/tall guy). At first, I thought there wasn't enough water in the tank reserve. But after regular use, I see it's just an efficient design. I was concerned that #2s would not go down (primary reason for replacing in 1st place). Honestly, I haven't had any issues with it in practice; it whisks them down without issues. It looks to be doing it using less water. I am a tall guy and really appreciate the height of it. The external porcelain looks good and no leaks. The connection points and hoses also look good. However, I do have to take a way a star for some cheap components. The seat is an odd design to me; it looks thin and prone to cracking. I expect it to break in short order. The internal tank valve system looks of equivalent quality, and I expect to have to swap that out a little sooner than normal. Overall, it's a good purchase but just be forewarned about the seat and valve system. You might even consider swapping them out at initial install. Good luck.

The height is great, but the cons were significant: Expensive to install due to a lot of fittings not matching the existing one. VERY low level water. Plumber was shocked, saying it looked like less than a gallon. Very low pressure flush. Must hold down the handle for a long time, and still often need to flush again. Unlike the listing, it is NOT easy to clean or stain resistant. It needs to be cleaned daily, at a minimum. A single #2 visit leaves stains and rings! Even minutes after use, some stains are already stuck on and requiring scrubbing. The box indicated no brand name, even though the listing at the time did have a brand name (the same as the seller’s store name). Made in China. The box and paperwork did not list any of the features from the listing.

The height is perfect for those with physical impairments, or those who are just older and struggle to rise up from a lower toilet. Functions well and easy to install. Flushing power seems pretty good.
