Construction:The Elite Canvas Heavy Bag is incredibly well built.The outer canvas layer is durable and of a tight weave; yet soft and gentle upon contact. ( it does not feel like I am punching a cheese grater)I really appreciate the layered canvas design, especially the inner layer for when it comes to filling the bag.It really is “the perfect size”. Itll fill to 80-100lbs and it just right for my daughters to tussle around with for jiu jitsu practice.10 out of 10… highly recommend if you’re interested in a heavy bag or sand bag training.

I have been using this for a while now and it has been great for what I paid for. The material feels good and is durable. It is a great starter bag or if you need extra bags in the gym that aren't double or triple the price of it.

My son is 7 years old and this punching bag is the perfect size for him currently and will last him several years to grow into as well. Starting out, I recommend filling the bag with something soft… I.E. blankets.. and build up to something more firm over time. This bag is made with great quality and it will definitely hold up to abuse for years! Highly recommend this bag!
