Great product
I purchased the intercontinental this week, and have had one of the smaller ones for 6 years. Both work great, keeps cold for a very long time, and it comes with a thermometer that fits nicely inside without taking up much space.

Works best!!!
I bought one of those about a year ago but the temperature display didn't work correctly, but that was my only problem with the device. I returned it. After much research, as well as trial and error, I gave this brand another chance, and I'm glad I did. The new device has a properly working temp display. Solid construction. Hold temperature REALLY well. I tried soft sided cases, many leaked as the gel pack melted!! This thing works best! Well ... except my newest injectable pen is unnecessarily freaking HUGE and I'm not sure it will fit in this container with the frozen gel pack. So, I'm not yet sure what I'm going to do about that. Note to manufacturer: Please, make this in a larger size? For the stupid FAT injectable pens?? (I mean... The medication is for psoriatic arthritis which damages fingers joints. Fat utensils and such are easier to use so ... I guess I can see how they justify the size but it's super inconvenient for storage and travel.)

Great travel solution for refrigerated medicine.
Worked really well. Almost a day later the I arrived at my destination the vials were still cold. It is not too bulky or heavy for my backpack. Highly recommend. For people dealing with TSA, they did ask me to inspect the canister, but once they saw the vials I was cleared.

Recommend this for travel
This works very well at keeping pens cold while traveling without any issues. Easy to use, effective and lasting for multiple days without refreezing being necessary. I just wish it could hold more pens. That's the only reason I'm knocking off one star here. Otherwise, fully recommend!

Best portable insulin container & not too expensive
**Fantastic** to carry my insulin pens in with a different reusable ice pack. The one that came with the bottle was too cold and the pen would be up against the frozen insert. I got the 8 pack of Kikkerland Colorful Reusable Plastic Ice Cubes to keep the insulin at the recommended temperate. The top of the thermas has a shelf life of 2 years. I bought it in '22 & it's April of '24 the temperature stopped displaying. I contacted the company about it & learned about the top's shelf life. Definitely worth the investment as it's so useful to carry insulin on errands, out to eat, traveling (via airplane or in general), or during the commute to work. Slim body design is compact and fits inside my 9L mini backpack perfectly, not protruding at all. Never had any issues with leakage from the bottle when reusable ice cubes or the blue one that comes with it defrosted. It's durable enough that it survives accidental drops, but I wouldn't go around slamming it onto floors.

Actually works and keeps cold for extended periods
Works great I tried it this week once received. Let the cold pack sit in the freezer for 24 hours. Once cold i put it together with 1 pen for insulin. Even opening it 6 times for use in 2 days never got above 38 degrees in 40 hours. I left it on my bedside table overnight and took it with me in my car both days for about 6 hours each day in 70 to 80 degree weather. I finally have something I feel comfortable traveling with to hold my insulin

Travel Friendly Find
I bought two of these (one in white and one in blue) for my husband and I to travel with our glp-1’s. They were easy to use and I liked that they were big enough to hold our meds and supplies. We honestly could have put all 4 of our vials into one. It came in handy to have the temperature gauge included so we could ensure our meds remained at the correct temperature. The ice packs remained frozen for 9-10 hours and was easy to get through TSA. I think this is a good value for the money and that these will last for a long time.

Used to be good, received a defective one recently
I bought one 3+ years ago, and have been using it successfully. Bought another a few weeks ago, and it didn't hold the temperature at all. By 8 hours the inside was already warm. My experience was similar to another reviewer who believed that the new stainless steel used can't hold temperatures as well. Maybe I got a dud and their QC has gone down. BUT, make sure you give it a test run before you head on an international flight and find all your medicine useless.
