Installation Nightmare. Delivered on Time, But Completely Useless Without Service
Looks very beautiful when installed. Shiny black color is very good. Very disappointing experience with this purchase. The product was delivered on time, but the installation service has been extremely poor. It has now been two days since delivery, and the product is still lying unused in my house. I have made more than 20 calls to Eureka Forbes customer care, and every single time I was assured that the installation would be done soon. However, no technician has visited, and no concrete action has been taken. This is highly frustrating because installation is an essential part of the purchase, especially for such products. What is the point of timely delivery if the product cannot even be used? I expected much better service from a brand like Eureka Forbes. At this point, I feel completely let down. I would strongly advise potential buyers to consider the after-sales service before purchasing, as my experience has been extremely poor.
