Clean julienne pieces - not so much
I have the Kuhn Rikon julienne slicer and it's excellent. I don't know why I thought I would try the Kai one but it basically shreds things in little pieces, does not cut cleanly. The top carrot pieces are from the Kuhn and the bottom from the Kai.

Sehr schöne Reibe und wer Kai kennt der weiß dass es kein Billigmist ist.Benutze die für Muskatnüsse, Ingwer und Schalenabrieb.
