I feel better when I take these. I’ve been ordering them for over a year through the company and now that I found them on Amazon it’s even easier to place my order. I’m happy with the quality.

These are 100% rancid. The DHA is extremely foul smelling just like any other fish tablet or algae-based tablet on the market. Break one of these open and smell it - absolutely DISGUSTING. I took these for over a year and so did my whole family & several friends. When you take these, even if it's a fresh batch and none of the tablets broke open in shipping, you will be belching disgusting rancid fish-like odors. They mask it with a strong peppermint flavor on the exterior, in hopes that you don't notice the rancidity. There's no regulations on freshness in the supplement industry so nothing is preventing them from selling you rancid ingredients. Personally I switched to taking Dr. Fuhrman's EPA/DHA supplement & Furhman's daily multivitamin because it covers what's in these but is actually fresh. To my knowledge that is the only fresh DHA product on the market made & stored in a refrigerated environment. Any other one i've tried has been rancid, with Complement being the worst example. And their customer service is a joke. They hire random people from outside the country who have no idea about the products. I've gotten different answers to the same question from different people. Not trustworthy whatsoever. It's a bummer because i was excited for these when they came out. Never again.

This came overnight delivery and it did. I have had these before. My doctor told me I should be taking three per day instead of the one I was taking. They are on the larger side and I always have trouble with pills as it is! I have been taking three per day for about a week. They have sort of a peppermint flavor or something. I am not fond of that! I have not seen any change in anything yet but I have not been taking the three for very long! I think they are on the expensive side especially taking three per day. But they are in line with most vitamins.

As a vegan I love the Complement Essentials and the Complement Protein Powder

This product does lack some quality. It has a fishy smell, the mint taste is awful. It seems every time I purchased it there were broken capsules in the bag. I didn’t contact the company about it the first time.I kept re-ordering believing these were good vitamins I needed to keep taking them. I did. I never felt the worked. Also, I felt sick from the mint. After I order my last bag there were broken capsules. I contacted the Company. They have very nice customer service. I can’t remember I for certain. I believe I had to send them pictures of the product. They refunded my money and were going to send me new product. I told them not to. I wouldn’t be using this product anymore. I went back to what I was using before because I could actually feel a difference in my body and knew my old product was working.

I love the complement vitamins. But this delivery, and one other, came with the inside of the bag and the pills all covered with the liquid. I feel the package was crushed.

Second order arrived crushed, capsules leaked and ruined entire package. This item is non-returnable to Amazon and is quite expensive. Amazon customer service gave me a one-time refund but stated they won't refund any future orders. Since this problem seems common it may be best to order through manufacturer, though their website tends to sign you up for subscriptions.
