17-21 Replacement 8.4" Uconnect 4C UAQ LCD Monitor Touch-Screen Radio Navigation New OEM Replacement Fit for Dodge RAM Jeep Chrysler 2017&up Replace # LA084X01(SL)(02)

Used for 2018 Ram 1500 eco diesel. Screen delaminated for almost two years but last month the screen started doing ghost touching and making the unit unusable. The one I received came in a well protected box. The back of the new lcd did not came with label like the oem. It took a bit to install due to removing the old sticky ooze that came off the oem lcd and wear gloves. Also have alcohol ready to wipe off the ooze. YouTube have a few videos that help me remove and reinstalling the screen easily. Powered on with no hickup, screen looks way better than oem. Initial test off most of the buttons works so far. Time will tell is this will last.My other main gripe are the two top corner screws at the top. They will not go in any farther. Did not want to force it and just left it . I bought amazon insurance just in case. Warning be careful when removing the quick small disconnects for the radio. I broke one but came back on no problem.For the money this one is good, supposedly the #2 version , there’s a 3rd gen already but opted for this one and bought an insurance.

Just like the one I took out that retails for $2,000 at the dealership took about 30 minutes to install. YouTube the videos and it’s simple. Make sure your ribbons are hooked up properly.

There are videos on the internet. Fairly easy bottom you have to pull the dash computer and pull the one and put in the new screen. Total time 45 minutes or so

The media could not be loaded. It sucks, don’t buy it. Lasted all of four days, and two of those days the car was parked. Useless POS! It got one star because I had to so I can post this review

It was easy to install and worked for a while but after a couple months the screen started to go black instead of coming on. The seller sent me a new product to replace the malfunctioning one at no cost to me. Excellent customer service.

Touchscreen is amazing!!! The image on the new screen is crisp and clear I feel clearer than factory. If your touchscreen is delaminating I suggest wearing rubber gloves. My touchscreen was delaminated and had a clear sticky substance leaking out of it, so I suggest wearing rubber gloves.

Had this professionally installed. It worked fine for a day and then the screen started flickering and no longer turned on. I contacted customer support and they were able to help me out. They recommended taking the radio back out and cleaning the contacts. Had to take it back to the installer and the contacts were again cleaned because the old radio was delaminating and left a lot of glue behind. The seller stood behind the product and offered solutions. A very honest seller.

I have a 2018 jeep Wrangler that the screen Look like something was running behind it. I bought this replacement and had it installed. Now it looks like new. The dealership wanted to replace the whole stereo which I think is a waste. I’m not sure how much they would’ve charged, but I’m sure it would’ve been thousands of dollars. This was worth the money and I also had somebody install it for me because I didn’t have time to mess with it .
