Selections Rattan Effect Wheelie Bin Screen Hideaways (Single)

Just thought I would let prospective buyers see how we used this double cover for wheelie bins. Our bins are kept one behind the other and not side by side but we easily adapted the sheets to suit. There are two wide panels and two smaller panels Hope this helps someone. Delivery was quick.

Good product which neatly helps to hide my standard size wheelie bins. These frames can blow over in high winds but not a big problem to pick them up. You can buy special ringed hooks from your local DIY store to attach to the back wall etc to help hold them in place using hooks already on the frame.

I am very pleased with the screen, it took just a little while to work out which panel went where, but otherwise easy to put together. We are going to add some extra support with a piece of wood to the fence to secure it as it does get high wind where we have placed the bins. Fits 2 full size wheelie bins.Slightly disappointed with the front as there is no way to secure the 2 front pieces together. I’m going to look for a catch to secure it. Material looks weatherproof, and it does what I wanted, it screens the bins from sight.

Unfortunately the product does not suit my need.The rattan Wheelie Bin Screen, works very well as a screen. Unfortunately, the wind catches it and blows it over all the time and as such it does not achieve its Function. I think there should have been more 'Research and Development' undertaken for this product, before it came to market.

Keeps bins out of sight and had a number of visitors remark it looks much better. The plastic rattan is beginning to fray after about 2 months of use and so I suspect they will last about 2 or 3 years which is fine really, for the price. Have already stood up to high winds, no problem. Needs to be attached to a wall or something (I used garden wire). I think they flex well in wind so remain in place.

When this arrived unfortunately there was one side missing however when I spoke to the customer service lady she couldnt have been more helpful.She apologized profusely and the missing side arrived the next day. The surround comes in 4 peices and is very flimsy unless it is secured to a wall or fence.The only fault I found was that it needs a better way to keep the front sections together.

The hook and pins that hold the sections together have gone rusty, and the whole thing falls apart when the wind blows , So not happy .if I could find a way to permanently fix the panels together and anchor it down somehow it would be fine . Otherwise not fit for purpose. Sorry .

If I could put -stars I would. Do not use this unless it is going to be safely attached to a wall. Even though it is sold as a stand alone item and you are given a choice to stand alone it is dangerous when not safely attached to a wall.I bought it as a bin store to stand next to our hedge.A gust of wind took it down, it flew into my friend who fell and broke her hip.The seller is not interested!
