Doesn’t really come with instructions, so let it sit out a minute or run some water over it to loosen the ice rings. Push the center all the way down first, makes it easier to dislodge. Fun and useful product, was given it as a gift and bought one to gift as well.

Great value for the money! I like how it's bendy so i can get the ice out easily. Takes up some kitchen storage space since it's pretty big- but if you're an ice lover it's worth it!

Caught up on the hype of having a Stanley, I made an impulse buy on this ice tray. The tray itself is functional for its intended purpose but it’s a hassle to actually use. Because the tray mold is so deep, it’s hard to get the ice out. I had to run water over the tray to get the ice more flexible which is counter productive because now I’m melting the ice before it reaches my cup. I literally had to peel the ice out to the point I was worried about breaking a nail. The ice was so dry when the water touched it, it shattered in half into a crescent moon.For all that trouble, just use regular ice mold.

The lid does not stay on! It’s cute and convenient for my Stanley but I have a 30oz and I wish I knew prior to purchasing this mold that the 3rd spot would not fit in my 30oz Stanley. Once the ice has formed it’s very hard to get out.

I am okay with it quality feels nice the size of it is decent to fit in your freezer. Ease of cleaning is easy. But a little difficult to take out the ice.

I like that there's 3 different sizes for my water tumbler.

I was all for loving these but ended up very disappointed. They freeze well, getting them out was no big deal, but they don't last as long as I'd hoped. I put them in my big well insulated mug late afternoon, cup stayed indoors all day into the next, never being in the heat and almost all of the ice was gone by the next morning. If I use regular ice cubes I usually still have ice cubes 2 days later. I've also gotten one of the full size ice molds that is 2 pieces for my mug and I still had ice on the 3rd day with that. So I think I'll still with that one and regular ice cubes for the most part. Use these if I'm in a pinch.
