I bought this in lieu of a name brand product I was buying from my doctor. This is way less expensive, has the same ingredients, I have no difference in my labs. The doctor says I’m doing great, I feel great.

I recently learned I had a fibroid through an employment physical which included an ultrasound of the pelvic area. It explained why I was having extremely heavy menstrual cycles. The heavy cycles were causing my iron levels to be low which were causing me to experience fatigue and brain fog. I was suffering and not able to enjoy a decent quality of life. I was unable to lose weight or diet properly. I lacked any kind of energy to exercise routinely. I went to see a functional doctor who recommended a DIM supplement. This is not the one that she put me one, but after researching DIM, I learned that Calcium D-Glucarate aids in weight loss and decided to switch to this one. Immediately my menstrual cycles calmed down. I finally have energy to exercise routinely and eat healthy. I am now able to do intermittent fasting and sometimes even extended fasting and have gone down two dress sizes! I can't wait to have another ultrasound to see if the size of the fibroid has decreased. This supplement has been an answer to a prayer. I got my life back and without having to undergo a hysterectomy. Praise the Lord!

This stuff is probably the most helpful supplement I have ever taken. No other supplement truly is that noticeable for me. I'm in my early 40's, went off birth control hearing the adverse health benefits of it as you age. After a year of being off, the hormone imbalance was next level. I let this go on for over a year thinking it would improve or that I need to harden up as this is part of getting older. Not only extreme pain with bloat, but constipation, headaches, fatigue, brain fog, moodiness followed suit. After taking this for only 2 weeks, I feel worlds better. Less bloat and increased energy and definitely lost weight and can fit back into my regular jeans. I tried Dim previously and failed. I had improvements and then it subsided quickly. Dim complex is the way to go, do some research! The complete complex gets rid of the estrogen after it breaks it down, the other just breaks it down only to cycle back into the body. Pure dim by itself is harsh on the stomach so I initially stopped due to the discomfort. Dim complex seems not as harsh on the stomach. However, this time around, I started probiotics for a month prior, so that may have helped. I'm adding in lignans as well to this routine and it's amazing that in order to rid of hormone imbalance, one must do a comprehensive approach. For me: probiotics, dim complex, and lignans = success! I will continue taking this until I die!

Fantastic product. I am female, and take these for one to two months at a time (until I stop peeing dark), as it flushes out all of my bad estrogen. Helps me lose weight too!

Got terrible migraine in first use like others have mentioned. After initial discomfort, it doesn’t come back. Taking it during a part of your cycle where estrogen is already low makes the migraine even worse than usual .

I’ve taken the supplement for 90 days before giving a gap of 45 days. I used it in conjunction with other supplements like omega-3 and vitamin D. In my mid 40s I do notice some help by using these in regulating my mood swings. I haven’t done my next 90 days cycle so would be posting reviews once I do that.
