This “new and improved” formula didn’t work for me as well as the old white cut version, it has almost half the amount of caffeine as the old formula. Although it’s still a prett good pre workout, this one just doesn’t hit as hard as the old formula. The taste was also not as good as the old one. To someone who’s didn’t use the old version it would probably be a great PW for them

For starters this preworkout taste great. It also gives you plenty of energy to focus and make it through my workout. The only down side is that I recommend taking it earlier in day or reducing dose. I've been kept up late if taken after 7 pm. Another odd side effect for me is that I'm up peeing every 2.5 hours each night. I light to take a half scoop in the morning with my smoothie before work.

The original was so much better. This tropical crap tastes horrible. I want the first one I tried.

Awesome pre. Two scoops is just enough to keep you awake for 3 days. Love it.

Consistent energy throughout my workouts. The taste is great too.
