This is great for dressing, dip or drizzling olive oil on chicken and then sprinkling this on - good for roasted veggies too and other meats. Here's the directions from their website: For dressing mix 2 Tbsp into 8 oz mayonnaise (or light sour cream or nonfat yogurt) plus 4 - 8 oz milk to desired thickness. Chill for 1 hour. For dip mix 1 Tbsp to 16 oz sour cream, adjust seasoning to taste. Chill
