Well worth the price.
The media could not be loaded. I took a chance on this and was very pleasantly surprised. It's not perfect but it sounds and plays just as good as some more expensive instruments I've played. The electronics are solid. I've recorded with it and was quite pleased with the tone. The only inperfections I've found is at the base of the neck there is a slight ripple in the finish which doesn't effect playability. Also there is only a strap button on the bottom. So be prepared to rig a strap with a shoelace to tie to the headstock behind the nut for playing standing up. And you may want to change the strings, but thats personal taste. All in all, definitely would recommend and certainly worth the price.

Very fun to play, perfect for my use
This is a decent bass guitar for the price, not top quality but great for doodling around the house. Having no ambition to play professionally, this is perfect for me. I can't compare this to other fretless acoustic basses, but the action is better than my old Oscar Schmidt OB100 4 string, not as good as my old Ken Smith Proto-J 5 string. It's held it's turning over the past few months and the tone is better than the Oscar Schmidt IMHO.
