Best stir fry pan
Better than expected. It is heated up super fast, deep enough to stir fry veggies easily. Light weight. It saves my time cooking and makes the task more enjoyable. I dry it with towel after hand washing to prevent rust because it is not coated with toxic non-stick layer. Love this pan and the price!

Good quality and reasonable size
This wok is a nice size to use for home cooking. I have another wok I like, but it's quite a bit bigger, and this one is a nice in-between. The ad calls it "nonstick," but I might dispute that. It doesn't really seem to have any nonstick coating on it, and at high heat food will still stick. But it is pretty easy to clean. The wood handle comes detached, and you have to screw it on. For me, it remains a bit wiggly, so I wish the handle felt more sturdy. But it hasn't come off or anything so far. The additional U-shaped handle on the other side is a nice addition, but just make sure it isn't too hot before you grab it. Over all, this is a good wok for the price.

Pleasantly surprised
I've cooked stir fry in the same classic wok for decades. It's the standard, traditional wok, made of heavy steel, with a metal ring that it sits on over the gas or electric burner. After all these years, it's become really well-seasoned and has been a good friend in the kitchen. I used it for years with my family, but now since I live alone, I really don't need one that large. This one was smaller, so I thought it would be good for cooking for one or two people. Don't get me wrong; at almost a foot across it's plenty big. I did, however, have some concerns that it might be too "lightweight".The first time I used it all my apprehensions were laid to rest. First, it's heavy enough to retain the heat, but thinner than a traditional one so it heats up much faster. The large dimpled pattern and material does a great job of keeping food from sticking and distributing heat; and the combination of the sturdy handles make it easy to hold both while cooking and using two hands to pour the food onto a plate or bowl.I was also pleased with how easily it cleaned up. I'll keep my old traditional one if I need something larger for guests; but for 1-3 people this is a keeper!
