Stoneware 5" Teal/Brown Spot Shallow Pet Dish

This is a good quality pottery bowl with brown spots on a teal background (I mention that because sometimes another photo comes up with that scheme reversed, and I've noticed another reviewer expected it the other way around). However, I got the colour I expected as listed.I think it's only the one size that comes up with the reverse pattern, so watch the photo to see if it changes when you select your size.Love the colour combination as it goes perfectly in my kitchen and I think these are more suitable for pet water than plastic ones as there is no 'plastic taste' transfer. It's easily washable and can go in the dishwasher.(However I wouldn't bother with the accompanying placemat pictured - see my separate review - it's not a 'strong'/'pet' mat but a simple table placemat like you get from the £1 shop and even the dots aren't printed in the same place on both sides so they show through unevenly).Dishes: great; placemat:rubbish

Great bowls, would have been 5 stars if I had got 2 of the colour/pattern I ordered. Instead I got one blue one and one black one even though I ordered 2 blue ones. If they were out of stock the seller could have asked what I preferred and I would have said wait for 2 to be in stock as I wasn't desperate for them. Still the bowls are nicely patterned and a good size for water for our cats (1 each). They are ceramix glazed so wash well in dishwasher too.

I bought two of these for my two small dogs, and both the delivery and the dishes are superb. Unfortunately I have just broken one, so will be ordering another!

Nice and shallow for hedgehogs. Neither the wild ones in the feeding station or the juvenile foster hogs have managed to tip it over yet!

Just what I needed for my Bee watering station. Looks pretty with the marbles in it too.
