I would have bought a Chromebook years ago if I had known they were this good.
Appearance flawless, like new. Chromebook is a breeze to set up & fast starting. I'm not a gamer so can't rate it on that but for everyday browsing & tasks its perfect. The only features it lacks I care about are a lighted keyboard & a camera view blocker. For less than two hundred dollars I can easily live with it as is. Update not Five minutes after I posted this review it will no longer connect to the internet, returning to Amazon. Five stars to Amazon for crediting my account early.

Expensive paperweight
ZERO STARS!!! After working fine for 3 months, the unit stopped charging. Once the battery died, it became a paperweight. HP support was no help. Guess you really do get what you pay for. I know we this was too good to be true.

Shipped with nonfunctional "replacement" charger.
The laptop itself is fine so far (received today). The charger it shipped with does not work. I've got another charger, but it's totally annoying that my only options are (1) returning the whole package to get a functional charger or (2) wasting my own money to buy a functional charger, (3) entering into an AI-driven customer service hellscape to try to get a charger without spending more money. Annoying.
