I bought this electrolyte packet for my Grandpa who was having bad cramps in his legs in the evening. I thought the packet had a good mix of sodium and magnesium without much sugar so we decided to give it a try. The powder mixes in well with water. I add ice to the pack the mixture and my Grandpa thinks it tastes like squirt. When he drinks this earlier in the evening, around 7 or so, he doesn't seem to have leg cramps in the night. So far he likes it and we will continue to purchase.

I decided to give this a try after using TB12 multi vitamins and wanted to try different electrolytes other than Liquid IV. This was great, not too sweet and could drink this everyday. Highly recommended to give it a try for those looking for a new brand and/or flavor

These dissolve well and do so quickly. The ingredients have exactly what I'm looking for especially in regards to magnesium. All of the TB12 electrolyte supplements taste really good. They're not chalky or unnatural tasting at all. I've bought these for family members, too.

This electrolyte has good flavor. The price with the 2 grams of sugar and 1 carb wasn’t for me.

Good value for the money, not a large scoop of product, but this is not a BCAA product. This is for hydration so I mix with a BCAA product and it keeps me hydrated during my longer runs very well.

I really like the flavor and ingredients. I will purchase these again.

I’m talking my I’m taking my own alliance fastest. We raise some bigger kids dang well I’m the strongest and fastest well actually on the second fastest and strongest.

While I love the protein powder, the taste of the electrolytes is horrible, very acidic tasting. Once you try it, you can’t get your money back. At least I bought it on prime day but I’m still out about $25 for a product I plan to throw out.
