Due to my spinal stenosis I will occasionally experience urine leaking. Not total incontinence, I can usually make it at home, but tent camping has been a challenge. Top is comfy for women. I use it standing. The seal is strong. They hold a lot.

If you're a man, you had better be standing up when using these. I tried it sitting down, and the urine defied gravity by coming up and causing an embarrassing mess, even though I was alone. I still keep them handy in my cars, motorcycle and travel bags. My unfortunate incident with them was basically due to my body position. If possible I would also suggest having an absorbent pad handy if you can't stand up and something to wipe and dry with. Just saying!

These have come in handy. I have young kids who have to use the bathroom suddenly while we are out and it is not easy to always find a bathroom. This have been a must bring when we go out.
