Do these lights have a California prop 65 warning?

Yes, I ordered them and there is a sticker on the outside of the box with the Prop 65 warning.

Does it have a switch?

I don't have the light pictured, it's from the same company but different configuration. I'm sure neither has a switch. They need to be direct wired with a wall switch.

Is this rated for outdoor use?

No. At the bottom of the product features, it says, "For indoor use only." However, great light to use in hall or stairway. Works fine.
