Uplifting read - very enjoyable !
This book is a very quick read. I especially liked the brief to-the-point expressions that are easy to remember and applicable to many aspects of our lives. I was uplifted by reading this - there is a lot here in a very short read.

This book brings me peace and happiness
Such simple yet profound lessons on how to accept what life will throw at you. I like to read this book when I feel stressed because it reminds me that I can’t control everything and I’m not meant to. We need to accept some things as truths and try to be the best person we can be. I consider myself Christian but still enjoy the teachings and philosophy of Buddha in Blue Jeans.

It made feel a little better
I have been down, not enjoying life or my family. So I decided to look for inspiration. How can I be happy. It seemed like such a foreign concept. I read through this short book and found some inspirations. They are simple concepts that make a strong impact on your life and relationships. They are also very easily over looked by people like me. Now I just have find a way to implement them into my life.

Clear, simple, and awesome
This author has very simple and right to the point ideas which affected me profoundly and cleared away the clutter in my mind. Sort of a cleansing for the soul. Puts into words what your mind hints at. This book has been a great help to me. Easy to read and highly recommended.

Unique happy poetry
sheridan's poetry is childlike and real; plus I've never read a better self-help book. His acceptance of reality is liberating, and his insistence on our just being our true selves is so refreshing. It is damn hard to be depressed reading him. Yea, I wanna be a Buddha in blue jeans!

Nice thoughts.
Given that this is a short and simple primer on ways of looking at the world, looking at life, I felt it was helpful. of course, sometimes less is more -- and this book is a good example of that. Lessons which don't necessarily sink in all the way at first glance. Easy to revisit the ideas presented and reflect on the different ways in which they might apply to life over time.

True essence and in many ways…very calming. Highly recommended, specially when you don’t have a time to read a lot.(Amazon’s review window is requiring to write more than is needed.)

Quality not quantity
Being a slow reader, I enjoyed this short book. The formatting of the book was interesting but the words and concepts were wonderful. Bare bones with lots of meat. The author appears to be speaking from true experience. I appreciate the hope and love the author gives to the reader. Thank you

Love Tai Sheridan's work but...
...this is a very good book but it wasn't enough, as Buddhism itself, or any other "ism" to help me face the truth of and deal with a lifetime of issues as deeply as I needed to. I'm happy that I subsequently found what I needed, and I believe the work I'm doing with it will eventually make this book and others of Mr Sheridan's more helpful and valuable.
