I have the Roborock S5 rather than the S5 max, but the parts are generally intechangeable, especially the HEPA filter.The side brush has been enhanced for the S5 Max and is a kind of rubber instead of bristles. This might not improve cleaning, but it improves the longevity of the brush lifespan.The most noticeable change is that the main brush roller has many more bristles which is fantastic on carpet. I've swapped out the brush on my upstairs hoover as the downstairs one only runs on laminate so doesn't need any more help in that respect.This is a good kit compatible with a few of the Roborock range of hoovers.
