Liked:. Purchase price. For various reasons I was looking for what I consider a good quality throw away dash cam. Something I could loose/get stolen/break and not really sweat about it. This is it. Great picture, easy to hook up to a PC or transfer the sd card. Have bought 4 the last four years.Disliked:. Not much... I expected a throw away dash cam and that's what I got. It's solid to the point of about a year's worth of use. Buttons give out easily, no instructions came with the last two I bought. Menu screen glitches sometimes. Needed to do a fix on a bad battery. They have always recorded... I'll keep buying these.

Great units, YOU MUST Check the box(s) immediately for damages even if the box shows NO Damage! I installed one and waited to install the remaining. One unit was packed perfectly like the two previous but with a totally smashed suction unit. The box was perfect on the outside and the pieces broken off were not in the box or contained in the plastic sealed bag. The smashed piece was purposely placed in the box at the manufacture. I waited past the 30 days before i opened the second and third box and discovered the fraud. Amazon will not warranty after 30 days, my error in trusting the manufacture.

Received and am using the camera. Functions just as described. However, the battery they included is totally worthless, came defective and I had to find a compatible battery in order to maintain configuration of the camera when car is not in use. Controls are kinda rinky-dink, lowest bidder type and you have to press extra hard on mode button for it to activate. For the price, it's ok.

Battery doesn't last long. I charged it fully and it doesn't last a full 30 minute trip. Picture and video quality is bad. It barely picks up anything at night. I tried tweaking the settings but all I get is a black screen. Audio comes out fine. It looks like 240p resolution.

Dislike: 1. Very low picture quality. Camera creates 1080 files but video quality less than 640. Matrix redo;ution is very low. can't see license plates.2. Very low angle of view. may be 35 degree or so. May be 45 but no more than 60.Attached screen of the best resolution picture

Purchased this for personal safety and protection for my vehicle. Works as advertised, but the mount is weak and the suction cup likes to fall off, especially in warm weather. Even fully tightened the mount is pretty flimsy and the camera wiggles out of place frequently. The on board display is alright and the recorded images are.. again.. okay. but what do you want for the price. If you need inexpensive video, this is the thing. If you're recording for Vlogs or anything, take a few steps up.

Have this on my front windshield and works well, should be a great help if there's any issues. Works well easy to use and install in my new SUV. Piece of mind, too.

The knob that keep it in place cracked like day two. It didn't stay it place as in, in the direction you are trying to record.
