Our K9 Training Made Easy Best Bark Collar for Small Dogs Pain Free Ultrasonic and Vibration Sapphire

So I have the type of chihuahua that barks all the time, when he's happy, mad, excited or wants something. Forget someone ringing our doorbell all hell breaks loose and he is SO loud! I would pick him up and put him in his crate for a few minutes or until they left. I really did some research on the best solution for this without hurting my dog (Chevy) and this vibration on their throat just makes it uncomfortable to bark, so they would do it less. I read about 50+ reviews starting with the 1 star reviews, debated for a few weeks on it but I had to give it a try. Came in the mail today, it's a lot smaller looking on him than what I thought so I was happy about that and he didn't freak out or try to take it off. Someone came to the door it beeped made him jump and he stopped he tried barking again when the person came in the house and it beeped again but longer and he didn't even bark. 😳.... not once the rest of the time that person was here. I couldn't believe it ! I'm thanking the lord that my house is quiet tonight and he might actually learn from this, without me shocking him or hurting him. I will update in a month or so.

We have 4 dogs, 2 are older and actually get annoyed (as do we) at our 2 newer dogs (both just under 2) which have turned out to be major "barkers". I purchased this because it seemed to be a good alternative to a shock collar - but given the range of other reviews was initially skeptical about it working. It WAS delivered fully assembled which only required some length adjustment to properly fit (according to the YouTube videos - which I strongly recommend you watch BEFORE using the collars.OK - for the result - either we have the worlds SMARTEST dogs - or the collars REALLY, REALLY WORK!!!!! After about 1/2 day of wearing the collars - we had a visitor at the front door - which would usually set off about 10 minutes of barking - and the result - ABSOLUTE SILENCE!!!!! I could NOT believe it (it was so effective - that if I were reading this review - I'd think it was written by the owner of the company!!! - but I assure you it is not - I do have other reviews on Amazon!!) The dogs are smart enough NOT to bark when the collars are on - and since it has only been about a week now, when the collars are OFF - they KNOW IT and will return to their previous behavior - so we only take the collars off at night - when they will occasionally bark at an animal appearing on TV (BUT NOT with the collars on!)Thank you for this very "humane" solution to the barking problem!!!

The block is soft and light for my 3 pound male malchi, the vibration seems to be decent and effective for the barking for the most part. The battery life is super low. Two days- three days use max before it needs new batteries. I took two stars away for the collar, and two stars away for the poor battery life. The quality of the collar is terrible, it was fraying within 4 days of use. And it was only worn for 4 hours a day when we have highly busy streets on our road causing my dog to bark like a mad man at every one of them. The threads in the collar appear to be poorly done and fray easily, the sides of the collar unraveled easily. I have purchased this twice thinking maybe the first I got was defective, but both were the same. The first one purchased just up and stopped working one day after a couple weeks of use, so I had to buy the second one, the second one already appears to be on its last leg. I’m changing batteries every other day because it drains them. I turn them off after each use, and it’s on one of the lowest vibration settings .

I purchased this collar for my 8 pound shi tzu/yorkie mix. Before the collar, taking her to the park for a walk was always a disaster. She barked at every person, dog, bird, etc. she was so distracted and so set on getting at anything she saw that she forgot why we were walking in the first place. We didn't enjoy our walks and she didn't take care of her business. Once I figured out the collar and how to use it properly, I am pleased with it. She now knows that in order to go for a walk, she needs her collar. Once she has it on, she might look at all the distractions and either doesn't bark at all or just a yip or two. She has become a good walker and it is much more enjoyable for both of us. We are also now able to leave the window shutters open inside the house so we can see outside. She might do a quiet yip or two when she sees something, but no more of the annoying loud, continuous barking. I had qualms about putting the collar on her even though I knew it wouldn't harm her. She doesn't even seem to mind the collar anymore and it's almost like she knows it's helping her to be a good dog. The true test will be when we take her on our first camping trip where there will be people and animals galore. At this point I feel pretty confident that she will do fine even in that setting.

I was dogsitting for my mom, and her dog would not let me sleep. All the unfamilar sounds around my apartment had him on edge, and he was barking nonstop. I put this collar on him, and it was like night and day. The high-pitched beep would stop him in his tracks, and it didn't seem to cause him any distress at all. It helped him control himself, and the effect lasted for several weeks after he went back to mom's, even without the collar. I don't feel like the vibrating helped any, just the high-pitched beep. Definitely worth the money.

WORKS WELL on my Maltese; however she has figured out that it only vibrates after 3 consecutive barks. She now barks 2 good loud barks and then additional ruffs of emotion. She also knows when the collar is on VS when it's off, so if it's not on she still goes wild.Overall good quality! Have to remove in the car because bluetooth/radio will set it off sometimes but I really appreciate the humane way it vibrates opposed to shocking and the size is good for my 5 pound furbaby.
