A tad fiddly but worth it for peace of mind
Purchased this to secure my laptop during Karaoke/DJ nights and whilst it seems a little bit fiddly to get into the lock it worked perfectly. It is universal as it adjusts to fit the laptop, it's lightweight whilst being sturdy and there is enough length on the cable to make securing it easy.

Does not fit 12 inch!
It does not fit a 12 inch model, the arms will encompass a 12 inch model but once you lock it, they will give way up to a centimetre from their locked position which means you can remove the laptop from the stand!! I only discovered by testing it and other customers might not be aware of this. Online they say this fits a 12 inch laptop but that is not true because it does not provide any security. This is the third time I ordered it because the previous two times they didn’t include the correct key. This occasion includes the correct key so I was able to set it up…

The lock that does not lock...
When the clip is locked, it still has a space to be moved that is sufficient to put the laptop (Macbook 13") aside and remove it from the station. Absolutely useless.
