I've been using this miniPC for about a month now. Overall on top, I have no regret with my purchase.I must mention pros and cons.Pros1. Small form factor with many cable connections - typical gears for office work can all be covered.2. The included power supply can pull out enough amount of power to maximize ordinary use - including some scientific data analysis (Python and Matlab also image analysis)3. Notice that the SER7's CPU doesn't have strong capability of AI. The SER8 will equip a suitable CPU for AI if you are interested. However, this is a miniPC - don't expect too muchCons1. Windows authentication wasn't complete when delivered. I had to contact the customer service. They respond within 24 hours. So this is not a big hustle at all.2. The Beelink BIOs is not really compatible with some igpu settings. Playing some computer games ended up freezing the computer in 2 minutes. Two technical approaches had to be employed - it gave me some headache in the first place.One, I boosted up the vram to 8Gb.Two, I downgraded the BIOS version to v31 from v38 (preinstalled is v38)After some tune-ups, everything works great. Some people say that wifi and bluetooth receiver is not quite great, but it looks like mine was lucky enough to avoid the issue. If you know how to google the proper information or know computer stuff, this miniPC will be indeed valuable.

It came without screws installed in the computer so I had to take it apart but it's great in general

I wasn't sure what to expect owning a mini pc, after watching many videos online I decided to purchase for a family member who loves to game, but could never enjoy the heavy graphic games on her old computer. This allows her to play literally any game with ease, huge graphic games and all! I later decided to purchase another one for myself as I am a graphic designer who needed an updated pc. I can run any graphic program now, and have multiple softwares running together as well as many tabs up at once. Game changer!!!! Absolutely recommend these gems, the Ser7 is simply amazing!

En lo personal fue una gran desilución, no creo que me hayan vendido un producto defectuoso a propósito, estaba completamente nuevo y cerrado. Esperé con mucha emoción este equipo y al conectarlo simplemente no prendió. Tuve que regresarlo con mucho dolor. Veo que hay opiniones buenas sobre este artículo así que quiero suponer que solo me tocó una mala probabilidad. Posiblemente volveré a intentarlo. I hooked this to my recent BenQ monitor (4K) and at first unit looked defective, it was booting then stopping to a blank screen! But BIOS menu did work, did a few test with other cable and tested on my TV also 4K with the same cable and the TV did display the login screen so this is a HDMI compatibility issue.I used a Displayport cable and no issue to boot to the desktop.Their forum email support responded quickly requesting a picture to confirm the model, since they made 2 slightly different model, one use the Intel network chipsets and the other do not.Upon updating the BIOS I am happy to report it fixed my issue, unit is powerful, very silent and has plenty of port to work with!Procedure to flash the bios is pretty simple, they also provide instruction so overall it is a simple issue to resolve, this is common with a recent hardware, even large brand have issue like this.
