I wear them when i work out at home. The floor is wooden and slippery and i don't want to ruin it with sneakers. Tried with socks, almost fell :) Did work out bear foot for sometime but my feet started to hurt. When i saw these shoes i put them in my cart probably for a week or two, wasn't sure if i liked them.Then decided to try them because of the low price and now my only regret is that i didn't get them earlier and my feet hurt for so long doing work out bear foot.The rubber sticks to the floor, which gives me more balance and stability when doing lower body or HIIT workouts.I usually wear shoes size 8 or 8 1/2,got these in 9 and i can wear them with thin or thick socks.8 and half would have been also fine and more fitting but i wanted them a little bigger just in case.So i would say they a true to size and i love them.I plan to get one more pair in the near future just to have these comfy shoes for longer.I also love how they look,even though i wear them at home.And they are so affordable.I just hope they will last long.

These shoes are amazing!!! You can clean house, mow, go for a walk, and use them of course as water shoes. They are so comfortable and natural feeling that I forgot I had them on.

I'll try to keep this short. I find these to be quite comfortable, however I think that the insoles that they come with are pretty pointless. Just wear toe socks in them, or regular socks. Without the insoles they feel fantastic. With them they feel kind of weird and I didn't like that. It also kind of defeated the barefoot feel, in my opinion. I got these on sale for a deal, and I'm very happy with them. I would get them again.

Not sure if youre supposed to wear socks with these? Because you can feel the rubber when you wear them, which is uncomfortable. They're also a bit tight. I got my regular shoe size, and they're fine length wise, but definitely a bit tighter than I'd like. Have yet to workout and stretch in them, but don't like them due to being able to feel the rubber. The padding at the bottom seems to not be there 1 to 5 star review edit: Worked out in them today. Was great. Didnt even really feel like I was wearing anything. Didn't notice them at all, but definitely felt much better than being barefoot . Would recommend.

Great traction and comfort, but the extra sole padding makes these less that ideal for deadlifting.
