Very natural and supported kneeling position. I have bad knees and this is still incredibly comfortable.

This is an absolutely amazing meditation bench! I love it! It is light weight, very sturdy and well made. I love the cute picture on the bottom too!It comes with a carrying case which is super nice! I am someone who loves to meditate, and I really love to meditate outside in the nice weather. However I have back issues and I have tried other cushions only to not get comfortable and back pain really settles in. Not with this bench!It actually makes me self aware of my posture and I make the needed corrections to sit up and straight! Very comfortable, and I can take it anywhere! It is lightweight, so if hiking somewhere this will easily go in my backpack! It is made of Bamboo which is nice and smooth as well.They have an easy instruction video showing a few different positions you can use this for. Even yoga hip flexor positions can easily be done with this bench!Measurements of the bench are ‎17.13 x 8.46 x 2.17 inches.I am so happy with this bench and I will get good use out of it. It will be so nice to get back outside and be comfortable during my meditations!Thank you Monk and LLama!

I have a ton of lower back injuries and arthritis in my back so it’s hard to sit or kneel for long periods of time. This stool makes it so much easier to do my daily meditation and ceremony without constantly shifting or fidgeting to get comfortable. I should mention that I am currently overweight from my third baby so I am not used to the extra weight and it makes it harder to balance and sit as well. This stool saved me from significant pain. It is sturdy and can hold me easily and doesn’t shift at all. I’m 5’6” and am about 65 pounds overweight currently and it holds me without issues. I love this stool. The only thing I wish is that it included the little meditation cushion that I see. There isn’t a way to purchase it by itself so I’m a little bummed that I can’t have that cushion for mine because mine only included the stool and the carry bag. I will note the carry bag for this stool is not a good quality at all. It’s the type of super thin fabric that’s rips really easily and it looks significantly different from the other bags they offer with the other stools.

Unique bench, comes with a carrying case. The hinges on this little bench are really heavy duty! The wood it's made from is solid. it just feels like a good product altogether. I like that there's a carry bag, to make this thing more portable, but the case is that thin paper kind of case, so it's not very good quality. My only suggestion about the bench would be to make the hinges lock in place once they're up; for those of us without very good balance it can be a little wobbly lowering ourselves down onto the bench with legs tucked under it - for me once I shifted my weight wrong and the hinge started to close while I was sitting on it, something a locking feature would solve.

This is a great portable bench and it comes with a carrying cover. The cover is made of burlap and has a zipper and pocket. There is also a handle. The bench has hinged legs and is extremely sturdy. I really like the bamboo wood grain. The bench is smooth with no rough edges.I really like that this bench folds down and is portable. It barely takes up much space. I am also very pleased and impressed at how sturdy it is. The workmanship shows in this bench and I expect it to last a long time.When you first kneel on the bench, you may need to move it around to find the right location for you. I have very long legs and the angle of the bench’s legs were not exactly to my liking at first. After a couple days of adjusting, it is now fine and I feel my posture is much better.Overall, this is a great bench and I would rate it at 5 stars.

I like this little bench. It has several little flourishes that add joy to the experience, like the logos on the bag and branded into the bottom of the wooden seat. The legs open and close easily but also do not fall open and closed, you have to gently push them, which to me is perfect as it prevents them clattering around or accidentally closing when moving the bench around. The size seems very universal - I’m 220lbs and was able to sit on it and my legs weren’t uncomfortably snug underneath (although my ankles weren’t used to the angle - but I think that’s more to do with my newness to meditation, not the bench).The whole thing comes in a nice little carrying bag that zips shut at the bottom has a handle and small side pouch for sticking additional items. All in all a nice, well thought out little meditation bench, would recommend to anyone.
