The percentage of urea and salicylic acid has been shown to both hydrate and exfoliate. Numerous more expensive products deliver the same percentages. The Amazon product page shows that it can be safely used on all skin, not just feet.Even though the formula has been shown to help hands and other crepy skin, my wife (somewhat older) was not prepared to try it, so I am doing the test. The instructions say to use it for 30 days before judging so I plan to update this rating.I opened the jar and tested small areas of skin for sensitivity. No problems were found. The product did initially seem sticky but is fine after one rubs it in. It has no fragrance and does not deposit on clothing once it first dries. I can't give it 5 stars before those 30 days but will update this.

This cream adds a ton of moisture to my skin. I found it works all over my body but since it is heavier in texture I prefer to use it on my feet which need the extra moisture anyways. Every time I. Use it on my feet they are left feeling so soft and moisturized which is important to me during the summer months when I'm wearing sandals so often. Overall this cream is great and I definitely recommend it!

This product was leaking in the box. The container did not have a seal. I will not buy this again.

This is powerful urea cream in a symbiotic combination with 2% salicylic acid, and it's great for my feet. I shouldn't discuss how it works in a review (not the right forum for it!) but it's definitely worth reading about urea for skin treatment online to see if this might be right for you. This has no detectable scent, which is great as well.

I cannot stand wearing socks to bed so I can’t use those special moisturizing socks, or even wear socks over a moisturizer, and I mostly gave up on the idea and resorted to sanding tools to keep my feet smooth. But I tried this one night, with no socks, to see how it went. I was pleasantly surprised at how much it helped with just one use. I’ve been using it every night, and even without socks over it, it works wonders! My feet (and hands from applying it and leaving it) are super soft.

Used on my wifes feet, who is diabetic and works on her feet all day. I was a little worried because the cream is a little thin, but it absolutely works. Her feet retain their softness very well

This urea foot moisturizer for dry cracked feet helps exfoliate foot dead skin cells, reduce dead skin buildup, soften and loosen dry, rough, scaly, callused, and cracked skin. I work outdoors and wear boots everyday. That really does a number on your feet, especially in the summer heat. I tried this to help loosen some of the dead, cracked skin on my heels. It works really well, but you have to use for a week or so before you start to really see the results. I don't have time to go get a pedicure every week so this is great for in between those deep mosturizing pedicures. It'll keep your feet soft and keep that cracked heel at bay.
