Easy to use and the color was good (Gray), but its expensive and doesn't last very long.

Color is too dark.
I wanted a blonde or tawny color, but the lightest they had was this light brown color, so I ordered it, but it’s more of a medium-brown. I leave it on, and then the color looks much better after I wash my face once.I’d like a lighter color, if possible.
