InLED Clip on LED Desk Lamp Powered Bed Reading 3 Light Colors and 13-Level Dimmable, USB Adapter Included, Silver

Purchased this light to replace an LED light that we gave to a friend. First impression was decent, good size, and a large clip to anchor it. However, the controls are a bit confusing, and I was more interested in a simple on/off design once I had a chance to play with the control on this unit. In my case, if you wake up in the middle of the night and want to read, you have to find the correct button (of 4) in the dark, and then adjust if necessary.That aside, the light stopped working the 3rd time that I used it. No light whatsoever. I double-checked it in other plugs, and still no light. I'll be ordering an alternative light with a simple on/off switch. Stay far, far away from this so-called lamp.

Very nice lamp, clamp is strong and the right size. The light is bright and the gooseneeck strong and very adjustable. So it is worth of 5 stars. However the supplied AC adapter that the usb cable plugs into and than plugs into the house ac receptacle is extremely loose. Spreading the prongs apart had no effect. The prongs themselves are too small. I have never come across a plug that was so loose. The USB wire is long and perfect just the ac adapter itself. You can't even keep the light from flickering. Actually quite comical. Since I have several ac adapters around my house replacing the adapter is all you need do to have a perfect light.Update: Emailed me and was partially refunded for the faulty AC Adapter.... Changed to a five star

The plug failed where the cable wire entered the body of the plug. I did not abuse or mishandle the plug or cable in any way. Holding the plug steady in the socket and moving the wire caused it to go on and off. OF course, I tried multiple sockets, but the problem was not the connection to socket. Apparently a wire had loosened where it connected to the plug contacts. Low quality item.

This is just what I needed in a light to read books in bed.I need a warm dimable light, without blue frequencies to mix up my internal body clock: this has a settings to do just that.The clip has a wide opening with padding to protect the headboard and the spring is strong enough to ensure it will not slip. It is easy to position the head of the light and it stays where it is put. The on-off switch is (dimly) lighted when the light is switched off making it easy to find in the dark.Bonus: I can plug it into a usb power bank and use it on my work bench at full brightness for close work.

From the wife:My husband bought one of these and after watching him use it, I decided that I wanted one for myself. When I received it, I was excited to learn that it has different shades and a brightness level adjuster as well. I like it even more than I thought I would. Very happy. Perfect for an additional desk lamp that is not it the way, and it actually puts out a supersizing amount of light.

Great little lamp to illuminate my very dark,tiny office. I clip it to a shelf above my computer setup and now can see my keyboard and papers. Great value, works perfectly, easy to use on and off switch conveniently positioned on the cord toward the lamp itself. Nice long cord to actually reach the outlet. Glad I chose this small footprint clip on lamp.

Why 3 stars if I gave all parts of it 5 stars you ask? Just look at the pictures. This was clearly a USED returned item that I received from someone else. Pretty unprofessional on the companies part to not even screen their returns. That being said I made the choice to keep it because I found nothing wrong with it. I was quite happy with the brightness and adjustable warmth, it is incredibly sturdy for it's size, and the clip has plenty of strength and size to clip most anywhere.

Works great. I am extremely pleased. Clip attaches to post on brass bed, not sliding . Has been perfect for reading in bed, not disturbing another. Meeting my needs. I hope yours.
