I was struggling with bloat and stomach issues keeping me up at night. I was recommended this tea because of the cost and how well it worked for a friend. I was pleasantly surprised because I am a super picky person. The taste was great, it smelled amazing, the sachets make it easy to use and it got rid of the bloat! Caution buying this from Amazon. They sent me the wrong tea and it’s not refundable. Otherwise if you can find this in the store it’s great, definitely seems to help calm a mildly upset stomach
