I literally thought I was going to have to throw my rug out as it smelt like wet dog from not having let it dry properly when I tried to wash it.. but this spray … literally no horrible odour at all! I can’t recommend it enough

I recently ordered this Premium Pet Stain and Odour Remover, hoping to finally find a solution to the pet odours and stains that have been plaguing my home. I was pleasantly surprised by how effective this enzymatic cleaner was in not only eliminating odours, but also removing tough stains from my carpet.Following the directions provided, I sprayed the solution on the affected areas and let it sit for the recommended amount of time. After a quick scrub and a thorough rinse, I was amazed at how clean and fresh my carpet looked and smelled. The powerful freshener spray in the cleaner really did wonders in neutralizing the odour and eliminating any lingering smells.However, I find the scent is too strong that it irritates my nose down to my throat. I need to wear a face mask when using it. Also, the length of the tube connecting to the sprayer head. It was too long for my liking, so I had to cut it short.Overall, I am satisfied with the results of this Premium Pet Stain and Odour Remover. It has become a must-have in my cleaning arsenal and I recommend it to any pet owner or anyone looking for an effective solution to messes. Thank you for taking time to read my review. Beautiful smell, works wonders!

Lovely smell , did help but why no spray top? It was a pain every time I wanted to use it to add a spray top but lovely smell

The odour neutraliser comes in an outer bubble wrap bag. The bag contains the bottle and separate spray head. The bottle itself is shrink wrapped to prevent leakage and also has an inner seal within the cap. With all these precautions, there was no sign of any leakage.The tube on the spray head looked a little too long. I think it would have folded over in the bottom of the bottle. I therefore cut approximately 3/4 of an inch off the end. Once done, it seemed to work fine.As with many spray heads, you need to twist the nozzle to turn it on and off. It can also be set to spray or squirt. The nozzle worked smoothly without any issues.I have a rubber floor mat at the bottom of the stairs which our dog occasionally pees on. After one such accident, before the mat had dried, I sprayed some of the odour neutraliser on it. I left it to dry as the mat is slightly porous and there was nothing to mop up. The citrus smell was very pleasant and not overpowering. Once the mat had dried, there was just a feint odour left, so I reapplied the neutraliser and this time the odour disappeared.Although the odour neutraliser is more expensive than normal disinfectant, it is definitely better at removing stubborn odours.Highly recommended.

The cleaner has a pleasant, citrusy smell.It comes in a small bottle that could benefit from the pictured spray nozzle or something to keep it from pouring out if knocked over.Seems to eliminate most of the smells my cats provide, but they haven't said if they can still smell their territory marks.

About two weeks ago, I was detained while I was out, and my poor dog got caught short. She did her best to get outside, and ended up peeing on the pale grey doormat. When I got home I put the doormat in the shed until I could wash it out then forgot about it. It had got rather smelly and was stained, and I'd put it to take to the tip when I had the opportunity to order this Pet carpet stain remover, so I had a great test for it!The solution has a strong lemony smell, quite pleasant. The instructions for treating carpet say to soak up excess liquid first, but the stain on my mat was dry, so I sprayed it with a little warm water in case the urine needed to be wet in order to be removed.. I then sprayed the stain generously with this solution. The instructions say to leave it for 5-10 minutes, and I left it for ten, then blotted it up with a dry cotton cloth. I then repeated this treatment, and this time the stain was out. I then washed the whole mat, because the previously-stained area was showing cleaner than the rest of the mat. Once dried, it was good as new - no sign of the stain, no smell. This was a polypropylene mat, so I'm not sure how that would transfer to other fibres, but I'm really pleased and recommend giving it a go.

I haven’t got any pet stains at the moment to try this on as it is only an occasional problem, but I needed something for when it does happen. I have tried this on a different stain in my daughter’s room, just spraying it on the dried in stain, leaving it for about 15 minutes, then scrubbing it lightly and it got it out first time. As well as that the scent of the product is lovely, very citrusy, natural and fresh.
