The Little Hippo Time Tots clock is both functional and beautifully designed, making it perfect for helping kids learn to tell time. The colorful circles make the hour numbers easy to read, and the wooden frame gives it a clean, natural look. The silent second hand is a nice touch, too. We use this clock in our homeschool classroom, and it adds such a pleasant and inviting feel to the space.

I picked this clock from the many options mostly because I find it easier to teach my children time when each hour section is divided into color-coded sections. That way the children can visualize the start and end of each hour. Most children's clocks don't have that feature. I loved that in addition, it also shows the minute, 24 hour, and quarter divisions. I also liked the color scheme! It's a great design, great quality, and I'd recommend it to anyone!

Just opened and hung it and so far, so good! Definitely silent as described and I find it to be beautiful as well as appearing to be great quality so far. I would definitely recommend this clock if asked today.

Helps my 6 year old more intuitively read time and understand analog clocks. Uses a AA battery (not included) which fits snugly in the back without a cover. A rechargeable NiMH battery is working for us. Have not yet ran out of power. Time has stayed consistent over three days so far no noticeable slowing or accelerating over this short time. Useful for giving time frames to those that don't understand time "when the blue gets to the yellow circle it's time to get your shoes on". Excellent for minutes, seconds, and hours. Has 24 hour time reference in the center. Possible downside for those relying on the colors would be for the colorblind folks. None of us are colorblind so the colors all are different.

Easy to install clock, beautiful face and design. I was a bit torn because of the lighter colors being harder to read, but it has been ok for the kids so far. I would definitely purchase another version with darker colors or a larger clock size if released. Thank you!

This bright and colorful clock is a perfect addition to my classroom. My students were so excited to see me hang it up and it is helping them with their telling time skills.

This clock is super cute! We just got it so I can't speak to long term use yet, but it's easy to read and I love the use of the color wheel and the labeling. My only complaint is that it can't stand on its own. I wish it either had a kickstand on the back or a flat bottom so I can move it around with us while potty training.

The clock is very pretty with bright colours and great learning features and it is a welcomed addition to my daughters' room. My complaint is that the very features that make it good for learning - the labels like "quarter to/past" etc. and the minute numbers and such, are very very difficult to see unless you are holding it in your hands like a book. We had initially wanted to mount it on the wall but the girls couldn't see anything except the big numbers, so we ended up just leaning it against the wall so that they could literally pick it up and hold it close when they wanted to read it.

So cute!! And wasn’t expecting it to be this quiet! The minutes hand came loose when I received it, but was easy to open and fix. My kids who always had a hard time reading time love how easy it was with this one. Colors are nice and vibrant. Beautiful addition to my dayhome.
