Great Instructions
Got this in yesterday for our daughter and was concerned about putting it together, but I was very impressed on how they went about setting up the installation instructions. The pieces are labeled with small stickers which are referred to in the printed instructions. Also, the screws are shrink wrapped against white cardboard with lettering identifying which screws they are and how many there should be. Besides clearly indicating what screws and pieces to use, they also point out what is left/right/front in the installation diagrams. Going step by step, this was easy to put together. It looks great, works as advertised, and our daughter loves it. I saw the other review on how difficult installation was - it seems the manufacturer has corrected this. I rarely write these reviews but I was really impressed with the installation process - you rarely see with this type of item.

Poor instructions on assembly.
This is ridiculously difficult to put together. Top has a big dent in one corner. Instructions are dreadful. It appears an 8 year old may have been assigned the duty of doing diagrams. I worked on it for three hours last night, and will have to start over again tonite. The holes are just barely lining up, with the exception of one, and it will surely require some form of fabrication. It would be on it's way back right now, if I thought it was feasible to get it repackaged, up my stairs, and headed back.
