I'm a fool
"A fool," I say? Yes, for not buying a cloth reusable cone filter years ago. I mean, my goodness. What's the downside here? That I'm not supporting an already waning the consumer paper goods industry? I sleep just fine (coffee notwithstanding). I use this bad boy multiple times a day, every single day, and maintain it rather poorly (let's say, hypothetically, I left grounds in it overnight, pretty frequently)—yet it's still so easy to clean just by hand and holds up so well to my negligence that, as much as I've thought I'd like to buy a second one, I just have absolutely no need to do so. I honestly couldn't be more pleased. It was made for me, and I for it.

Took a 4 or 5 cups before it started working well
At first I wasn't sure if this filter was a good replacement for paper filters but after using it several times my coffee finally started tasting good. I think the issue at first was that the water ran through it too quickly so the resulting coffee was weak and bland. But I can say that the more I use it, the better my coffee is tasting. Now it's flavorful and very smooth - I feel like the filter traps some of the oils and bitterness because I don't feel like I need cream when I use this filter--but I'm not a coffee snob so I'm not sure how all this works. I would recommend this filter if you are trying to cut back on paper products. Takes about 30 - 40 seconds to clean.

Works pretty well
I have used this off and on with my Cuisinart coffeemaker for a couple of months. My coffeemaker finally fizzled out after several years, so I used this with a mini 5-cup travel coffeemaker I have until I could get a new coffeemaker. The mini coffeemaker uses a smaller cone filter, but this worked just fine.I haven't ever washed it in the washer--I just rinse it out and dry it in the drying rack. Occasionally, when I'm running water through the coffeepot to clean it, I'll pour the boiling water over this filter. It is discolored, of course, but works fine. It does seem to have shrunk, which is probably why I had no problem using it in the smaller coffeemaker basket. I only make 4-5 cups at a time, so it's not an issue for me. If you make large pots of coffee, it may eventually become a problem, although perhaps you could try to stretch it back to size after every use.

Super easy to use
Very easy substitute for paper filters. It’s just part of my evening routine to dump the morning grounds into my compost bucket, rinse any remaining grounds down the sink and let the filter dry overnight in the coffee pot funnel.I can’t taste any difference in coffee flavor and the cloth filter seems to dry quickly. I you make more than one pot a day, might consider buying more than one.

An easy way to be ecofriendly
Loving how ecofriendly this is so far. Plus I appreciate that it arrived with minimal packaging or fuss (it was in a plain envelope with a small description sheet and no plastic), keeping in line with its brand ethos. Highly recommend if you’re on the fence.

Cleanup is a pain
I regret buying this because it is a PAIN to remove all the coffee grinds. I hate how wasteful paper filters are, but I guess I’ll be using a metal filter in the future. It’s easier to clean, dry, and doesn’t seem to alter the flavor of my coffee. If you’re looking for a reusable filter that can fold flat and don’t mind a slightly annoying cleanup, this is for you!

Enjoying this reusable filter
I love this organic cotton reusable filter! I’ve been using biodegradable filter for years and always feel bad about creating more waste. I’m really enjoying just rinsing this filter and reusing it. Feels great not to throw something away after a single use. Def saving money w/this too! I didn’t even think about that till now. Def recommend. It’s a great quality product. It may make the coffee slightly weaker but I double brew my pour overs to make them stronger anyway. no problem with grinds getting through.

Great eco-friendly product that is effortless to care for!!
I really enjoy using this filter. Coffee taste great and caring for the filter is effortless. My girlfriend, mom and a couple of friends have also gotten this filter and all have been very happy. My girlfriend has had hers for roughly a year and I've had mine for several months and neither have shown any signs of wear. I love supporting eco small companies. This is a great product!!
