I love that this organic stock does not contain palm fat and maltodextrin. It's easy to use as all you have to do is add a teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water or like me I just add it straight to the pan. It's quite a strong taste so little is better than more.

Just 2 teaspoons of this (which equates to roughly 5g of salt) makes my rice & lentils with tomato puree and olive oil so much tastier - and sometimes I'll add a teaspoon of chilli or cumin just to spice it up a tad more !!

A little salty but if you're after a stock with no MSG, hydrolysed protein, yeast extract or any of the other sneaky ways manufacturers insert massive amounts of glutamate - this is the one for you.

Don't need to use loads so works out cheaper than you think.

I like that it's clean of preservatives, additives and oil. I try to avoid distilled vegetable oils and it's hard to find a veg bullion without it. So I'm grateful I have it, but a little disappointed that it seems to contain more salt than vegetables. It's too salty, so unfortunately I have to use it very sparingly and top my dishes with individual spices that don't contain so much salt. I would have liked it more, and used more of it, if it had less salt.
